O apartamento está em excelente estado, é bem mobiliado e está bem localizado, a dois quarteirões da praia e proximo a ele tem mercado e restaurantes. A piscina e a area de churrasqueira também em excelente estado.Tivemos 2 contratempos quando chegamos, 1 dos ar condicinado de um dos quartos nao estava funcionando e a resistencia de 1 chuveiro dos banheiros estava queimada, ambos foram trocados no 3 dia de estadia (porém a resistência voltou a nao funcionar).A proprietaria do apartamento e os sindicos foram solicitos quanOs sindicos
