The location of the unit is perfection and super convenient! The incredible GULF VIEW is visible from nearly every point in the unit! You will feel as though you are just above the dunes and a stone’s throw from the rolling waves. Only 1 unit from the end, this one feels very private and it’s directly across from the stairs, so with only 1 flight there is no need to wait for the elevator or trek the property. You can easily go to the beach for a moonlight stroll or sunrise and have direct access to the gulf in seconds without the hassle—but the best part is you can watch the dolphins play and see the rolling waves without ever leaving the couch! It’s truly an experience in 202 Deja Blu!

Everything was designed for your comfort. From the high-end mattresses and designer furnishings to the ample seating and abundance of kitchen items, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. The setup is ideal for a couples getaway as BOTH bedrooms feature plush King-sized beds and 65” smart TVs. The living room also features a 65” TV and a fabric sectional couch (NOT a sofa sleeper).

The Gulf-facing master bedroom suite features a coastal canopy bed and a drop-dead gorgeous spa shower with frameless glass, rain head, handheld sprayer, walk-in shower, and controls that can be turned on before you enter. The master bathroom also includes a tall toilet. The guest bedroom is gorgeous, and the bed is so comfy you won’t want to leave. The guest bathroom features a farmhouse sink, glass mosaic tile, a tub/shower combination, and a tall toilet.

The unique board and batten trim work, shiplap, and custom mural of the Destin Gulf take this unit “NEXT LEVEL” and beyond! The living and dining rooms are incredible, featuring a comfortable L-shaped sectional that gives everyone a perfect view of the Gulf, and a built-in electric fireplace that works via remote and can change colors to accent the seashells and sea glass inside. Imagine your Christmas vacation here where you can hang your stocking on the custom mantle, or simply create a relaxing ambiance as you sit just above the shoreline watching the surf.

Perfect for entertaining or interacting with your loved ones, there are 4 counter stools at the kitchen island/bar and a large reclaimed wood dining table that seats 8, highlighted by a beautiful custom chandelier on a dimmer switch to create the perfect seaside dinner ambiance. Next to the table is a beach bar with a glass tile feature wall, a suspended stainless steel shark, and a wine/beverage fridge. The fully stocked kitchen is beautiful! You can see the gulf from the sink or the stools. The ceiling was raised to allow for a custom shark chandelier that is truly one of a kind! From the high-end KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, to the KitchenAid stand mixer (and hand mixer), to the coffee station with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. There is even a crockpot so you can have dinner waiting when you return from the beach.

The balcony is a front-row seat to the beach experience, with modular furniture that provides plenty of dining and seating options without blocking your view from inside. The rail huggers push together to create a full-size dining table that seats 8, or use the stools in front of the lifeguard chairs to create lounge seating. For your convenience, there is a storage closet right outside the front door to keep your beach gear. The placement of this unit even gives you a GULF VIEW from the FRONT DOOR!

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.
