56 Becker Road - one street back from the Beach!
This beautiful large holiday home provides great features and modern furnishings overlooking the ocean, and just up from One Mile Beach. Set across two levels, with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and separate break out spaces to give everyone the room to enjoy whether by the pool, on the balcony overlooking the ocean, or in the three loungerooms and a dining room.
Each bedroom has linen on the beds and towels ready for the bathrooms, just remember to pack your beach towels to make use of the in-ground swimming pool, or for a trip to the beach. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and three of them have ducted air conditioning as well to help keep you cool, and there is a wood fireplace in one of the loungerooms.
Secure parking is available in a double door garage, and there is plenty of on street parking on this quiet street for everyone else.
Please note that this property has a strict 'no weddings, parties or schoolies' policy and is monitored by external Cctv system.
A 1000AUD bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
