Nonsmoking, clean and updated stepless ranch home smack dab in the heart of Panama City Beach. A very easy 3 minute walk to the beach - absolute paradise! Walk to Emerald Falls Recreation Center (Go-karts, mini golf, indoor/outdoor recreational complex), as well as restaurants, tourist shops etc. This home comes "user ready" with beach wagons, beach towels, beach chairs etc. 2 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 6. Master bedroom has king sized bed and private bath - guest room has queen bed. Sunroom has 2 Dozer chairs that convert to twin beds and living room has plenty of comfy furniture. Private in ground pool and hot tub in backyard. Please note, the pool is not heated for winter use. Outdoor shower equipped with hot water and privacy gate TV's in both bedrooms, living room and sunroom. Dedicated wifi.

Great family friendly stay

Perfect place!

We love this house. Close to the beach, private, quiet, back yard with a pool, very clean... and Mrs. Lisa is just awesome. We will definitely go back next year....:)

Fantastic

This is the 5th year we have stayed at this home for vacation. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood , the pool is great, across the street from the beach.

Absolutely perfect!

Can’t beat the location!! And we found ourselves really looking forward to getting back “home” because the house is so comfortable and well-outfitted. You just couldn’t ask for a better place… pool, hot tub, comfortable couches and beds… this owner has thought of everything!

We just love this rental! It has everything you need plus some things you didn’t know you needed. We had an issue due to hurricane Sally’s arrival and Lisa was quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

A Relaxing home away from home.

Great location! Everything you need is within minutes of the house. Highly recommend rental place to stay. Very inviting place to stay. The home is very clean and with the pool and hot tub you don’t even need to go to the beach unless you just want to. You will love it. We did. We will definitely return.

This is a wonderful place to stay can't say enough of about the house and outside area. So well stocked with anything you needed the Kitchen had all requirements for making great meals. We also used the gas grill. We throughly Loved our time at this beautiful home. Beach access is great!! Thanks Again!!!

Lovely spot for a family vacation

We stayed here for a week long family vacation and it was the perfect place. Our 3 and 6 year old kids absolutely loved going in the pool every day. The place was well outfitted with great for the pool and beach as well. They also had roll-up mattresses that the kids used as beds and loved sleeping on them in the guest room with their grandma. The walk to the beach was about a 5 min and there was a well respected crosswalk on the way there. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a small family getaway!

My husband and our two kids stayed at Mrs. Garmon's house in July. It was awesome! We enjoyed going to the beach that is located just across the street (Thomas Drive). Our kids loved the pool!! So relaxing, beautiful, clean, and convenient!

We enjoyed every second of our stay we didn't wanted to leave! The house is incredibly clean, the location fantastic, everything is close by!! We absolutely loved having a private pool, hot tub and a garage. Just a short walk to the beach and everything you need for a long beach day is in the garage. We will definitely make this our yearly vacation, can't wait to go back! Thanks again Lisa for sharing your home with us!

Amazing stay for families

We enjoyed our stay, especially how close we were to the beach! The host provided everything you could need for the beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect and clean. It’s also good to note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep which is fantastic for families with children. The pool feels larger in-person than in the photos. :) We were able to eat at many great places, find fun things to do, and access plenty of grocery stores within minutes of the property. Highly recommend!

Home away from home!

Lisa was amazing from beginning to end. She has great communication as well as great conversation! The home was everything as pictured and more! The worst part was deciding to stay in and enjoy the hot tub/pool or cross the street for the waves. The kitchen has everything you can think of! Lisa has put great thought and love into making sure our stay was great! My fiancé and I agreed, returning is a must! Thank you so much Lisa for everything!

PARADISE! If you are looking for a great beach home then look no further. This place is wonderful and has everything you need to have a great beach vacation. Our family of six had a great time here. The home, the pool, the hot tub and close to the beach. It dosent get any better than this. The home was equipped with everything you need and more.. Thank you Lisa. You were correct the house is very comfortable. As soon as we got settled in it felt like home. The only negative thing about our two week stay was the weather. Not very warm and the only part of me that got in the pool were my feet. Those two things you and I have no control over. The house was decorated really cute with all the Margaritaville decorations. Very quiet area even during Spring Break. We really had a great time. Yes you are correct that couch is very comfortable I managed a nap on there at least twice. Thank you again. If anyone has any question about renting this house they can’t go wrong with this quaint comfortable home.

This home has been in my family for many years. My best and happiest memories have taken place here. Not sure what I love most about this place beach, the pool, the hot tub? Its all about relaxation and fun!!

Why they chose this property

Private pool, private hot tub and short walk to the beach!
Home is well loved and in excellent condition.

What makes this property unique

My favorite part is using the wagon to pull the chairs, toys and cooler across the street to the beach. No car necessary. There is a public access walkway to the beach directly across Thomas Drive. I also really love the outdoor shower and i rarely use the indoor showers.
