Located just a one block from the beach. This 4 bedroom and 3 1/2 half bath house, has plenty of space for up to 10 guests! Come and relax right outside on your private balcony while enjoying the sounds of breeze, or in the new beautiful outdoor pool area. Our Home is newly renovated, Hardwood floors throughout, one extra half bathroom, and a BRAND NEW HEATED SALT POOL. This family home is perfect for entertainment.
It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach, just minutes from the public beach access 19, making it easy to see the Emerald Coast waters whenever you want. Entering on the second floor, you have a large open concept kitchen, living room and balcony. On the same floor, you find 2 bedrooms, one is the master suite with a king bed and a bathroom and the second bedroom a king bed as well, same floor has a new half a bathroom. Two more bedrooms on the 3rd level share a full bathroom. One bedroom has two sets of twin bunks, an 2 additional sleeper sofas. The final bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd full bathroom is on the first level of the house.

Awesome place to stay!!!!

Our stay at Villa Paula while in PCB was absolutely amazing as always. The house is very nice and clean, close to all the bars and restaurants that we normally visit, and the amount of parking is perfect. Paula was absolutely amazing to work with, and made sure that we needed nothing. We will definitely be renting this house again next year.

Awesome house for a group or multiple families!! Location was fantastic, all the benefits of being near the beach without all the beach traffic. Lots to do nearby. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing and hanging out! We really enjoyed the main living/kitchen area for spending time together but still had plenty of bedroom space for rest and relaxation. Thank you!!

Paula's home is spacious and inviting. Has all the amenities a group needs. Quick walk to the beach as well as a few local eateries and pubs. Deck allows for a nice place to relax and cable TV amenity was great for watching March Madness. Would recommend!

Great family vacation

The property was perfect for our stay - we had 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone slept comfortably with room to spare. Any small issues we had the host immediately responded and took care of! Paula was great!! The house is located a short walk from the beach (it does cross a busy road, but there are pedestrian signs and lights to make it a bit safer), the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was VERY well equipped, and the ac worked great! We will definitely stay here again!

Property was great! The heated pool and outdoor area was amazing. Very close to stores and restaurants. AC worked very well in the house. Basement refrigerator was very useful for extra drinks. Extra beach umbrellas and chairs was helpful. The walk to the beach was very short. We were a little nervous about crossing the street with children, but thankfully there is a cross walk signal. Just be cognizant that some cars fail to stop at times. Neighbors were very kinda and friendly. Tons of parking space. Basement bathroom was a little warm, so a fan would probably help minimize the heat.

We had a great time staying in Pananma. This house was absolutely gorgeous. Was everything it is advertised to be. Was very clean and fully furnished. The owner was so helpful and easy to reach. We absolutely loved it. Plenty of room. My kids loved their room upstairs. Location is great too. Close enough to go shopping or walk to the beach. Or our personal favorite, taking the kids to the jetties. My favorite spot had to be the deck. It was so nice to just sit and enjoy the breeze.

Good Location

The location was great and plenty of space for all of us. We had a few small issues with the place; the thermostat would change on its on, any time we were gone we would come back to a hot house and get woke up extremely early because it would be so hot in the house. The grass in the backyard wasn't cut until our 5th day, so the kids couldn't hangout outside. The house wasn't the cleanest, definitely needing a good mopping and checking under beds for trash. Overall is wasn't a bad stay for the price.

Multi family stay

Overall our stay was good. House was close to the beach and close to the baseball complex that we were there for for a tournament. The house was large enough to accommodate 2 families and the wrap around deck was nice to enjoy the outdoors. Having laundry on site was also a plus. The bathroom set up was not the best for multiple families staying together as there was no common area bathroom on the main floor (only one in the master bedroom) and the bathroom upstairs is only accessible through a bedroom. Since we were staying a week we planned to cook at the house on multiple occasions but the kitchen items (pots and pans, utensils, etc)could use updating. There also were no kitchen washcloths or hot pads at all. Other than those few things we had a pretty pleasant stay and enjoyed our first trip to PCB.

Property was not clean had bugs everywhere

This could be a very nice property…needs updating however there was bugs everywhere and when we checked in it was 90 degrees in the house took 4 hours to cool down had a little difficulty getting in the house and left manager a message however did not get back too me until noon the next day …TVs didn’t work and they fixed them finally after about 4 hours working on them…just really needed a good cleaning had live and dead bugs everywhere. Had cute decor and didn’t mind the walk to the ocean! Just was dirty…was a cute house and could have been perfect with a little updating and a little better communication With getting the TV’s working and did not even get one of them working so one of the couples did without it.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was exactly as it was described and was wonderfully decorated. The kids loved the bunk room! Our house has plenty of space for your party. It is very homie decorated, the deck is incredible, it is one of the best parts of the house, where you will enjoy the great weather and a beautiful sunset. It is not located on the hectic center of Panama City beach; however, you have everything nearby. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, 20 min drive to pier park, 10 min drive to St. Andrews state park and many more attractions. Don’t forget, It is only 5 min walk to the access 19th of the beach.
We will hope you enjoy your stay, as well as we hope you will treat our home with the same respect and love as your own.
