Our private residence is located in desirable North La Quinta just minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. A great home for entertaining with a combination of style and comfort, ideal for a relaxing vacation.

There are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a California King, vaulted high ceilings, bathroom, dual sinks, double closet, satellite TV and a sliding door to the patio and pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ample closet space and Satellite TV. The third bedroom also has a Queen bed. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

The newly renovated kitchen has granite countertops, a granite island with seating for two, vaulted ceilings and is open to the dining and living rooms making it ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern amenities. The kitchen/dining room patio sliding door opens up to a covered 300 sq. ft. patio, heated pool and spa and a wonderful lawn area lush with palm trees, privacy plantings and a mature lemon tree.

There is a den separating the entry way and the bedrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer just off the bedroom hallway and a natural gas BBQ for added outdoor entertaining.

Minutes away from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, major retail shops and an endless choice of dining options.

The house was very clean and kitchen well appointed with everything needed during our stay. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. The toilet might need some fastening because it is rocking pretty good. The large suite shower faucet needs replacing. the lever for hot/cold is stripped so it’s difficult to get the temp adjusted. The locks on the two sliding doors are sometimes difficult latch in the locked mode. The screen doors needed some greasing to glide well (so we did so). Everything else worked fine.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. Great communication with the property owner and management, easy check in, a clean and comfortable space with all the amenities, a gorgeous backyard, warm (heated in winter at no extra charge) pool, lovely hot tub, and excellent location. 3 generations all had a great time.

Got a nice welcome email from owner with check in/out and stay instructions, and days before our stay got a nice phone call from the property manager to make sure we did not need anything and to make sure we had her number if we ran into any problems. Rental house was excellent and we had no problems at all. Great property to book/use.

A slice of paradise

Two friends and I rented this beautiful 3-bedroom house in La Quinta that is within easy walking distance of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The house is well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as a completely private back yard with a heated pool and spa.

A perfect month away

The pool and spa were wonderful. We were pleased with the three bedrooms and the additional inflatable mattresses that were used for guests on occasions. The location is conveniently located just north of highway 111 with all amenities including El Paseo for your up end shopping and dining. Some of the electrical outlets need replacing and a small number of AA batteries should be available for the thermostat and the pool control. A wonderful month!
