The villa is situated on the centre of Algarve near everything and located in a peaceful area.
What makes this Villa unique
The strongest points of this fantastic villa are the location as this property offers the pleasures of being in a quiet place but just minutes from everything, stunning views over countryside and nearby golf courses (Amendoeiras golf course complex can be viewed from the villa) a large pool for sole use of the guests (lighting at night) and WIFI access is unlimited and included. The owners live near the villa; therefore if guests need any help, the owners can always be around quickly. Massage, baby sitting, personal training service, horsing and food delivering may be available during your stay, however there is fee for thoses services.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
