This Braeburn villa at Sugar Mill Country Club, is a comfortable and light, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom accommodation. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, its own flatscreen TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, its own flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Making this villa "one of a kind" is the den, connected to the living room which can be closed off to make it into a third bedroom. The den is fitted with a Queen size sleeper sofa (with memory foam mattress) and has its own full bathroom.

There is a fully equipped, open kitchen connected to the morning room which has an additional one-person sleeper sofa.
The large, screened patio offers a wonderful place to relax while the large deck is the ideal place to enjoy a barbecue.

This home has a large garage with a washer and dryer. Parking is not allowed in the garage. Free wifi available for use.
The villa is situated within 2-minute walk from the quiet community pool.

Sugar Mill is a secure and safe, gated community with a private 27-hole Country Club that is 6 miles from the beach and an hour's drive to all the Orlando attractions.

If you enjoy golfing, tennis, and the ocean then this is the place to stay!

New Smyrna Beach's Central East Coast location allows easy access to many of Florida's attractions. Orlando, Disney Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, NASCAR racing, and Florida's oldest city, St. Augustine are all close driving distance.
