I am a married mother of two grown up children and am lucky enough to have four wonderful grandchildren, who all love Florida. My husband and I divide our time between New Jersey where my son now lives, Upminster where we live, and our beautiful holiday home in sunny Florida. My husband is now retired and I enjoy meeting people on the Internet and renting our 2 holiday homes on Emerald Island Resort.

We bought our property because we fell in love with Emerald Island Resort.The location is perfect for Disney, golf for my son-in-law and we all appreciate the convenience of having so many good restaurants and shops within easy reach. We have 4 young grandchildren and we feel happy about the security and facilities on offer.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
