Awesome Vacation Home

Emerald Resort was as amazing as it was described to us before we booked our stay. The ladies at the gate were great, answered all of our questions and even created our dogs. The Neighborhood was great and the home was perfect for our family vacation. We look forward to booking again in the future and would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay and a great time! Property is wonderful. Make sure to purchase your access pass before getting there. Great communication with owner. Wi-fi easy access. Very close to all the parks- only about 15 min. Make sure to shut doors right away as the house does truly heat up for the slightest seconds doors are open. Check in access easy- door can be a little sticky and lock can be a little tricky at times.Wonderful stay and wonderful house! Would return and recommend!

The overall stay was good however, the pool was too hot and temp was never correct and we couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Also in the day time it was hot even the AC was set on 72.

Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify that I did not receive any communication from you about these issues during your stay — neither through VRBO nor by phone. I always do my best to address concerns promptly when I’m made aware of them. I’m glad to hear the overall stay was good. I’m sorry the pool temperature was not to your preference and that the air conditioning felt warm during the daytime, even when set at 72. I will look into both of these points to ensure they’re addressed for future guests. Kind regards,

Mini Vacay

First, the property is conveniently located within minutes of the Disney parks. Second, it is tucked away in a quiet corner. Although the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of an update, the cleanliness was enough to compensate. In addition, remember to request to have the ability to heat the hot tub before your stay. We wished we did stay longer than 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, it was a wonderful location for our mini vacation!

Beautiful clean home. Great communication. No problems getting into the community or the home. Just make sure you bring all personal bathroom necessities. No paper towels, and you will need wash and dry all towels before you leave. I brought my own. If cooking bring all condiments, spices, ect. All in all a nice place.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. Really no complaints. Was just a as the listing says. The only complaint would be the note left on the washer telling us to wash all towels before we leave. No other instructions said that. The email said to leave dirty towels and linens by the washer.
