Property could use just a minor few things. A strainer for the kitchen for cooking, carpet cleaned and a curtain hung in master bedroom to keep sunlight out. Other than that it was perfect!

The condo was in a great place and has lots of activities for the family. However, the condo needed a deep clean and definitely some TLC with the carpet and moldy places in shower and on faucets. Definitely recommend a deep clean.

Now that summer is winding down and back-to-back bookings have slowed, we are able to perform deeper more detailed cleanings than the usual clean that can only take place within a couple hours of turn over. Although it is right on the beach which is our favorite. It is the 2nd floor so the stairs were a plus. Elevators with a crowd are horrendous in July. The condo itself could have used more cooking utensils. We got several messages saying the hot water was going to be out for two days. Then another text back saying it was not out after all. The tub was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. Then after two days it unclogged. The carpet is very dirty. Needs to be replaced. Blackout curtains would have helped in the bedroom. It was over all clean though. The resort is great for families with small kids but not for elderly.

Nice place to stay and clean. Only complaint is a weird smell upon entering, not the clean smell I would like when entering a place Im staying and also carpet is very worn and needs updated.
