Welcome to the Ark-409 Rehoboth Ave, a cute and cozy cottage-style renovated unit that offers comfort and convenience. This two-level, 1-bedroom unit is one of the best and largest 1 bedrooms in the building. It boasts a sunny and bright atmosphere with a front balcony providing views of Rehoboth. Forget about fighting traffic or searching for parking - your stay includes parking for one car and a city sticker for non-metered streets. Meters active May 15th - Sept 15th. You never have to get in the car again once you have arrived and parked. There are bike racks as well in the rear of the building and throughout the city. Several trail brochures are available at the bike stores or online.

Located just a few blocks away (5), you can easily walk to the Beach, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and all of downtown. Just a 1 block stroll in either direction to grab your morning coffee or breakfast at Starbucks, Egg, Rise Up, or other nearby spots. A little further is Sunny Bay Cafe (great for breakfast as well). We love all of them. There are more further into the city or in opposite directions. The famous Boardwalk Hotel has great outdoor seating along the boardwalk. (Reservations highly suggested). Other restaurants along the boardwalk also provide water views. Discover the cute little alley connections between streets for easy relaxation getaways. Grab a seat to sip a beverage, ice cream, dessert, and light fare. There is a city bus stop in front of the building that can take you to the famous tax-free Tanger Outlets along Rt 1 or Dewey Beach clubs, entertainment, nightlife, and more.

The unit itself is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. It features amenities such as a Bosch dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove. A washer/dryer is available for you as well. Entertainment options include two flat-screen TVs and a DVD player. The furniture is newer, and the flooring consists of stylish ceramic tiles and trendy carpeting in designated areas. Plenty of stations to catch your interest.

We take pride in maintaining a like-new condition for our guests. The Ark is known for being a quiet building, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay. The spacious balcony offers views of Rehoboth City, providing a pleasant backdrop. This unit is larger than most 1-bedroom units in the building or the area, making it the perfect fit for comfort and style.

When you choose to stay at the Ark-409 Rehoboth Ave, you'll be dealing directly with the owner, fully accessible, making the process easy and enjoyable. We encourage questions. We offer flexible rental options, whether you're looking for a short stay, weekly, monthly, or off-season stay. The unit has undergone a high-end renovation, distinguishing it from typical beach rentals. It's important to note that this is not a party weekend rental.

*** (We are sorry to say currently VRBO is having trouble charging the 7% Rehoboth City Tax and only charging the 4.5% tax for Delaware. They have been slow to correct since Jan 1st. The only tax you will see is Sussex County tax of 4.5 %. We are instructed by VRBO to plug a number in under Property FEE to represent the 7% tax. Their site only allows a $ amount and not a %. We have plugged a number of $140. When your request comes in we will adjust up or down accordingly. We will add or credit if needed to make it accurate before you accept. VRBO System is wonky so please bear with us as we navigate a problem with them since 1.1.25% (in line with the Law).

We provide discounts for stays of 7 nights or more, repeat guests, and off-season long-term stays. The minimum stay is 2 nights during the non-season (November - May 15th), with some exceptions. During the PEAK season (Mid-May-September 30th), weekends require a minimum stay of 3 nights. There are fall and spring events every year.

For those seeking a longer short-term rental of 3 weeks months, we offer availability during the off-season, shoulder seasons, and post-season. Please note that smoking, vaping, renter pets, group shares, and subleasing are not permitted.

As with most rentals in Rehoboth guests at the ArK should bring their sheets for a queen bed, 2 pillows & towels. Alternatively, you can order them locally from Sheets at the Beach at 302-362-0876.

Upon departure, we ask guests to remove all trash, return furniture and display items to their original positions, load the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and run it before leaving. A light wipe down of kitchen and bathroom countertops, and ensure pots and pans are cleaned. We also provide a final deep sanitization and cleaning wipe-down of hard surfaces, including countertops, handles, light switches, knobs, and shelves. Hand-pump sanitizers are supplied for guest use. We found Rehoboth has a wonderful sense of community and caring and we thought it best to have an 'In Town' location which makes all the difference when enjoying Rehoboth Beach. We strive to make all our guests feel welcome by furnishing it as if it were our home. We strive to be quickly responsive to your needs. We added name brand furnishing such as Bosch Appliances, Flex Steel, Lexington, Stanley furniture, etc, REMODELED in the last few years with ongoing upgrades per year. We include Misc. stock supplies such as TP, paper towels, Kleenex, and kitchenware. We are here in Rehoboth frequently for short and long stays ourselves and stop frequently when vacant to be sure that everything is perfect. Personally & Professional management!

Everyone loves this Rehoboth get away! Just relax quietly and de-stress from the typical busy week that most of us experience. Conveniently located inside town limits which allows you to feel like part of the 'Community of Rehoboth'! Just stepping out of the front door and walking to morning the coffee shops for pastries, watching the town awaken, or an early stroll on the beach is one of our favorite things to do. No need to get in the car. A leisurely walk to all that the city offers - 4.5 block walk to the water but shops on the way if you wish or walk through the neighborhoods to reach the beach.
