About this property

The Chalet is that very nice old farm entirely refurbished to high standard and is ideally located for winter and summer holidays with various activities as such for winter skiing, hiking and, for summer, tennis court, swimming, mountain biking and not too far from karting, sailing on lake, rafting, paintball.
The full rez-de-chausse of the chalet (circa 150M2) is really comfortable, charming, spacious, nicely decorated. it is located in a very quiet area with a nice view of the Mont Blanc massif and is surrounding by a large garden. It is really suitable for families up to 7 + 1 baby. you will get 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 master room, 1 room with two beds (you can transform in one double bed), 1 room with 3 beds), 2 bathrooms, a wide saloon and dining room and a kitchen fully equipped, a place for your skis and shoes, all what you need for having a nice stay (TV, washmachine, tumble dryer, dishmachine, microwave...), wifi access, large terrasse for drinks or meals, and a Finish Sauna for 4 up to 6 persons.
During peak seasons (Christmas and New year) and winter holidays (so beginning of February till mid of March) booking can be done from saturday to saturday and for a complete week.

Très bon séjour

Chalet rustique très confortable, bien aménagé , belle vue, dans un endroit très calme propriétaires très sympathiques et aux petits soins.

This chalet is an old farm (entirely refurbished) and like old house you can feel the history of such place. you can find a nice rest because of the comfort, the view, the garden and the fresh air you can breath.

What makes this property unique

no noise, a nice countryside around, the fresh air but in the meantime, close to everything (5 to 10mn) from St Gervais downtown, close to the municipal swimmingpool, the tennis courts, minigolf... and during the winter season close to the main gondola departure for a nice and pleasant stay for skying area (400kms of slopes).
