Chalet Les Clémentines is a superb 2-storey recently-built chalet designed to live surrounded by scenic mountain landscape: the living room and all the bedrooms offer a stunning view of the Mont Blanc.

At 4,300 feet high, the chalet is located close to the ski slopes departure of Le Bettex on the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area which gathers together the resorts of Saint Gervais, Megève, Saint-Nicolas de Véroce and Les Contamines (277 miles of ski runs).

The chalet hosts 10 guests very comfortably in beautiful bedrooms with plenty of storage space. 1 master suite with bathroom, 4 other bedrooms (including a mezzanine with 2 beds), 2 other bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a terrace. It also includes a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a home theater, a fireplace and more. All linen and towels provided. Beds are made up for your arrival.

High speed internet connection with WiFi. Private parking for 4 cars including 2 covered spaces. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and baby equipment.

Great place to stay - amazing views

Lovely place to stay - we were 2 families and had plenty of place. At the very top of Bettex - amazing view on Mont Blanc for sunrise and sunset. Great service - highly recommended!

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable. Le chalet est très convivial, bien distribué. L'emplacement est magnifique face au Mont Blanc. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Louise et les contacts avec Clotilde super. Nous revenons l'année prochaine.

Convivialité et vue grandiose

La spécificité des "Clémentines", c'est de n'être pas une simple location de vacances. Ce chalet est "habité": sa décoration lui donne une âme, et il est généreux : on s'y sent accueilli comme si on rentrait chez soi. Chacun y trouve un chaleureux espace commun autour du feu mais aussi suffisamment d'espace privé. Les circulations y sont idéalement organisées. L'équipement est super complet, bien entretenu, enrichi de multiples attentions confortables. La vue privilégiée sur la montagne invite les vacanciers à vivre au jour le jour et à retrouver leur place dans la nature. Dés le lever, c'est magique et infiniment dépaysant. Louise est efficace et discrétement présente . Madame Clément est réactive et disponible. Nous avons apprécié ses conseils pratiques. Malgré la météo splendide mais désespérément sèche , l'ESF a réussi à organiser les cours pour nos petites-filles qui ont atteint leurs objectifs de progrès en ski. Elles ont adopté avec bonheur leur espace dédié dans la mezzanine: jeux sans souci excessif de rangement, proximité des parents dont les jeux de société et les soirées de rigolade n'ont pas perturbé leur sommeil. Les adultes ont skié a minima, forcément, mais ont pu se rendre compte de la beauté et du potentiel de cette station où ils espèrent revenir. Ils ont marché, patiné, profité de la terrasse ensoleillée, visité St Gervais, St Nicolas de Véroce, pris le tramway du Mont Blanc... La ville était bien décorée et illuminée pour Noël. Nous avons apprécié le Bistrot Sérac et son service traiteur. Nous étions 7 adultes et deux enfants et tous ont été conquis...

FORMIDABLE SEMAINE DANS UN SUPER CHALET

Tous les ingrédients réunis pour une formidable semaine ! -la disponibilité de la propriétaire, rapidité et qualité des échanges et conseils, en amont du séjour. -la location est décorée avec goût. Très bien équipée, en vaisselle et électroménager, bois pour la cheminée, et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Tout est à disposition, et l'agencement du chalet en fait un lieu idéal pour que chacun puisse se reposer et vivre à son propre rythme. Excellente literie. Pièce à vivre très très agréable et conviviale, permettant de douces soirées au coin du feu et/ou des petits-déj face à la vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc... -l'accueil très sympathique de Louise à l'arrivée! -Petit supermarché à mi-chemin entre le retour des pistes et le chalet, et permettant ainsi des courses quotidiennes, juste après la journée de ski. A RECOMMANDER SANS HESITATION

Sensational!

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful chalet. The view of Mont Blanc was magical, and the chalet so comfortable. Louise was very helpful, and we all enjoyed the luxury of the big space of the chalet. The snow was very good, apart from a few moments of white-out with no visibility. What a place for a holiday. The Mezzanine playroom was ideal for our varied ages to play in, and the master bedroom was fit for a film star! The ski bus drivers were very helpful and it was really convenient to have a bus stop so close by. The chalet was very well equipped, and a great pleasure to live there. Thank you so much. We will hope to return one day. We all will remember our week for a long time.

Un séjour enchanteur

Sejour inoubliable dans un lieu exceptionnel

Notre séjour au chalet Les Clémentines était vraiment super. Certes le ski n'a pas été notre activité principale mais nous avons fait plein d'autres choses (patinoire, tramway du mont blanc, bains thermaux, balades, visites) et tout le monde était ravi, des plus petits aux plus grands. Le chalet est vraiment extra, avec un équipement au top (rien ne manque), la pièce à vivre est vraiment très agréable avec la cheminée centrale pour une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le soin et les détails apportés à chaque pièce du chalet. La vue du chalet est tout simplement incroyable et on ne s'en lasse pas. La mezzanine est une aire de jeu parfaite pour les enfants avec en plus tous les jouets mis à leur disposition. Tout était vraiment parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci à Clotilde, pour la facilité de nos échanges et tous ses bons conseils et à Louise, pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons!

très beau chalet

super chalet nous étions 8 adultes et très à l'aise .literie extra, four xl très apprécié . Nous avons passé de super fêtes de noël , sans neige mais avec le spectacle du mont-blanc ensoleille en face du chalet.merci à Louise qui nous a bien accueilli et à Mme Clément très disponible. Chalet à recommander sans réserve.

Why they chose this property

It was initially a piece of land at an exceptional location with a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc. I wanted to create a home there to enjoy the surroundings in a cosy space. The chalet was designed to be convivial with a large open space room which extends towards a nice mezzanine, just to have a good time.
Bedrooms are separated from this space in order to be as peaceful as possible.

Wooden walls or ceilings in many rooms create a warm atmosphere. The chalet is an ideal place to rest where I like to spend my holidays all year round with my family or my friends.

Extremely comfortable. Stunning view of the Mont Blanc. Very close to the ski slopes.
