It's our 2nd stay in this apartment

Very nice place. Dominique is a wonderful host. Some minor issues with the cleaning. The mayor problem is the lacking of storage for the clothes, we stayed for 2 month in winter and the lacking of storage was a major inconvenience. They need to replace the bedsheets and the bath towels and a new coffee machine. It would be nice a box deposit for the valuables and a better position of the TV. Thank you Dominique for your assistance and help. Alex

Great location and charm

This property was a great part of my first trip to Paris. The location is great, the apartment was well stocked for my needs, it was very quiet, and Mr. Dominique was very responsive and proactive with communicating arrival and departure expectations. One thing I learned: it’s very dark once in the apartment building, but light switches are on each floor across from the lift.

A beautiful place with a love story.

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location. We enjoy our 3 weeks there. We have been many times in Paris but this time was special. Next year we will try to return again to this apartment. Some minor improvements are necessary like new towels and a safety box but beside that it's the perfect Parisian place to enjoy the city of lights.

Amazing find in Paris

Outstanding location. Beautiful apartment in classic French neighborhood. Big tub for long baths. Olivia, the concierge, lives in the building. A perfect Parisian stay!

Just as presented. A movie stars daughter's Paris apartment.

Beautiful woodwork of a bygone era. A pleasure to be in. Modern bathroom and small but adequate kitchen. Short walk to Arc de Triomphe and longer one to Eifel Tower. Bus stop almost at front door, Metro near by. Read about Annabella and enjoy her portrait over the bed and several photos about the apartment. The owner was very accommodating. Our week stay was too short.

Wonderful apartment in Paris

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was cozy. Dominique is a wonderful host, answering all of our questions via message about staying there and things to do nearby, and was also a great resource for getting around Paris easily. There is great shopping nearby and good food all around. You are either a bus ride or an easy walk from so many Paris attractions. Having the ability to open windows to catch a breeze was wonderful as well. I hope we can visit again.

Great Location with Lots of Quirks

The location of the apartment was fantastic. It is close to two metro lines, steps away from L’Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysée. The apartment is in this beautiful old building and is quaintly decorated with a balcony. The building has an old fashioned elevator that is surprisingly roomy, fast, and reliable. The flat was very quiet at night. Dominique was responsive and stayed in communication until our issue was resolved (no hair dryer for the first 24 hrs). Now for the quirks: 1)There are lots of decorations on almost all available surfaces so that there was not enough usable surfaces without carefully setting aside some of the decorations. 2)There was only one free electric outlet that we could find. We had to unplug some lights to accommodate the charging of our various electronic devices. The plugs are all the way down on the baseboard in corners or behind cabinets/tables, not very accessible. 3)The bed was not made. We had to make our own bed which was not a problem since I am particular on how I like my bed made. 4) There was not an abundance of amenities. We had one small round soap when we checked in so we had to go buy shower gel/soap that evening just before the stores closed. We also had to buy toilet paper towards the end of our one week stay. 5)The only closet was in the bathroom. All of these quirks, while unexpected, did not really pose a big problem for me as I was able to work around them. The one thing that really annoyed me was the towels. It would be an understatement to say the towels have seen better days. These towels were threadbare and dingy. Some of what I presumed were supposed to be white towels once upon a time were now gray. Dominique had asked us to be mindful of the number of towels we used so I restricted us to use one hand towel and one bath towel per person for the week. I just expected nicer towels...

Couldn’t have asked for better!

Dominique was a fantastic host who played a big part in making our trip better than it would have been otherwise. The apartment was in a great location and was absolutely stunning. The decor was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the terrace had great views...there was even a great view from the shower! I would most definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment, convenient location, responsive owner

This apartment is as beautiful as the pictures show. Fifth floor , with a lift. The neighbors and area are quiet. Grocery stores, President Wilson open air market and a wide variety of restaurants nearby. George V metro just a few blocks, will take you directly to many sites. Short walk to Arc de Triumphe. The bed is pushed against one wall. If two are staying, one must be nimble enough to exit from the foot if the bed. Owner is friendly, helpful and responds quickly. We recommend this apartment!
