TD Casa Fusella with Panoramic Pool and sea view

On the hills of Polignano a Mare, about 6 km from the center, stands Casa Fusella: a charming villa with a Mediterranean character, with private pool and garden. The panoramic position offers a pleasant view of the sea, while the architecture, consisting of a trullo and two carefully restored lamia, preserves the charm of traditional Apulian buildings.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has two double bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with living area overlooking the veranda. Wi-Fi, TV, stereo and CD player are available for guests.
The outdoor spaces invite you to experience the house outdoors at any time of the day. The wooden pergola houses a table with chairs and a relaxation area with sofa, ideal for a quiet breakfast or dinner with friends. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue complete the dining area.
The garden, enriched with Mediterranean ornamental plants, houses a chaise-longue in the shade of a romantic canopy. Around the pool, the solarium equipped with deckchairs offers space for sunbathing and relaxing.
The outdoor areas are completed by a bathroom with a large shower, an additional shower for the pool and a laundry room at the back of the house.
Casa Fusella is an ideal solution for those who want a stay between the green hills and the Polignano sea, with welcoming environments and outdoor spaces to share.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
