Fresh and Cozy- 2 bedrooms and 2 baths

Condo has been completely renovated with premium laminate and ceramic tile flooring. Master Bath was expanded and new tub/shower as well as new vanity was installed. Complete;y repainted from smooth surface ceilings to baseboards. New ceiling fans and lighting fixtures install through out condo. Kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances and new counter tops. Condo is located in a gated community with great green space which includes large swimming pool, tennis courts and playground area. Kitchen is well stocked with and assortment of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc..

Charleston vacation

Location was very good, short driving to downtown Charleston (20 minutes). Also easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood condo is located.

It was very nice and we enjoyed the pool and the playground area. It was close to all kinds of food places and not far from downtown Charleston. Would definitely stay there again.

Prior to starting real estate career I was in management and traveled some so l always looked for accommodations which were very clean and good locations. Love my family, blessed to have some great friends and always enjoy making new friends. Enjoy just about any outdoor sport or adventure. Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
