Large living room, fireplace , smart tv with YouTube TV, breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill and an outdoor table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 vehicles (tandem).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

central location to everything

As soon as we walked in, the house felt like home. clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Provided everything we could ask for, and then some. We were able to create great meals out of the pantry. Centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Fabulous stay in Charleston

Our stay couldn’t have been nicer! Beautifully furnished; everything we needed was there. A lot of thought went into making this our home for three days and two nights. When we visit Charleston the next time, we hope we are lucky to be able to stay at this wonderful place again!

What an awesome home we found, Located near the Savannah Hwy made all our destinations so easy to access. The neighborhood was very friendly and safe for walking. Couldn't have found a better spot to call base camp.

Could use a good thorough deep cleaning. Corners, window ceils, blinds and windows need to be washed and leaves needed to be blown off porches and walk ways. Could not use patio because of all the leaves. Good location to downtown Charleston. Enjoyed Charleston very much. Will go back.

Great stay!

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and looks as shown in the photos. Near restaurants and grocery stores and a short 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston, less than 1/2 hour to Folly Beach. Very clean and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent and check in was easy. Would book this property again!

Charleston Get-Away

The property was clean and comfortable. It was well-equipped with all the necessities and also provided travel info and a small book library. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to all the tourist sites. We did not get to use the grill and patio as it was raining, but it would be really nice in nice weather.

Charleston get away

A beautiful home that is well appointed and quiet. Enjoyed having two separated sleeping quarters as it provided privacy and comfort. Nice large screen TV's. Would recommend this property to those who enjoy peace and quiet with individual privacy. The bedrooms are large with plenty of space to spread out and store your luggage. The only area that I would suggest a change would be the sofa and chaise lounge in the living room. They are difficult to be comfortable upon. The seat cushios are so deep from front to back that you cannot easily put you back against it. The chaise lounge has the high back on the left side which would unfortunately is facing the TV and does not make it sutiable to lounge and watch the TV. I know it is a picky comment but that is my honest input. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again.

We got a little lost finding it. But, when we did, everything went fine afterwards. We really enjoyed our time in Charleston. The home was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. We also enjoyed eating outside on the patio.
