This place brings you where you want to be whether spring, summer, fall or winter. It is difficult to fully capture or describe the privacy and beauty of the natural environment and the architecture of the house.

What makes this property unique

This house and location has something for everyone. If you are a homebody, you will be at peace and won't want to leave- the house is surrounded by a 100+ year old oak grove that creates such a sense of tranquility most of us didn't know we needed until you experience it. If you are interested in shopping and eating out, Southampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Water Mill are ten minutes or less as are two of the best wineries on the South Fork. If you love the beach, both ocean beaches and the bay beaches are ten minutes away.
