Wifi, SKY TV with sports and BBC news/films, Wii console, books and dvds. Only 300 metres from the centre of Kapparis, offering an array of year round facilities and amenities, including international cuisine, coffee bars and local tavernas. Within 7 minutes walk you can reach 3 great beaches including the popular secluded Firemans Beach, Malama Beach is less than 5 minutes and offers a choice of water sports. The coastal path provides fabulous opportunity to discover other secluded beaches, churches and places of interest. The popular resort of Protaras, a 10 minute drive provides a vast array of shops and restaurants and the famous Fig Tree Bay. Activities in Ayia Napa just 15 minutes include fabulous Water Park, Nissi Beach and of course nightlife. All of this accessible by local taxi, bus or hire car. If you want to just relax, make the most of the private veranda and communal pool and playground.

Perfect home away from home

The apartment offers all of the amenities you need while away on holiday. Apartment is clean and welcoming with great views and situated within a clean and quiet complex - definitely recommend.

Fantastic Apartment ❤

The owner of this apartment was fantastic and so helpful during the process of booking this apartment and also arranged our transfers and the guy who picked us up was really nice and gave us lots of advice of places to eat and drink. The apartment itself was so welcoming and was extremely clean and fantastic location to all the bars and restaurants. The bus stop was around the corner to get to Protaras and Penaera. Thr apartment had everything we could possibly look for. Had full kitchen utensils and cooking facilities. Comfy lounge area and dinning table. All rooms were air con which was great as the weather was so hot when we were there in August. All plug sockets had adapters and a hairdryer/iron/iron board were all provided. There is a safe in the main bedroom and easy to set. There were plenty of towels made available for us and Sofia was on hand if we ever needed anything during our stay but we didnt as all was perfect. In the second bedroom there were beach bags and chairs and other beach stuff that we could use which was great. Wii was available for children and plenty of books to ready. Lovely large veranda with table and chairs and sun loungers and a bbq. There wasnt a single thing missing as this apartment had it all and the owner really took care and attention when setting up this apartment. The owner next door called Charles was so friendly and gave us lots of advice and we knew he was there if we needed any help with anything. The pool area is few seconds from apartment and kept nice and clean and a second pool is just across the complex. There is a lift to apartment incase u have kids or just dont want to use rhe stairs. Apartment has its own car parking space. Overall best apartment by far and so near everything. Short walk to beach. Will def be goimg again and thanks for a wonderful stay. . Majella and Alan

Well located, reasonably priced with a nice patio

The apartment is very practical and we had a lovely week's holiday. Bedrooms and bathroom are fine, the kitchen is well equipped. The patio is wonderful for breakfast and gets the sun up to the late afternoon - we spent a lot of time on it. The village of Kapparis is not too built up and has some goo restaurants. There are some great beaches within 7 to 10 minutes walk. Plenty more beaches and loads of activities within 30 minutes drive. Lots of good ideas in the Suggestions Book and in the Guest Book comments.

We had enjoyable experience staying at this place. Quiet location but close to hustle and bustle. Owners were quick to respond on inquiry. On arrival we were greeted by cleaning lady who was friendly and helpful . I definitely recommend this property!

Fine Mythical sand

The second year in a row, with huge pleasure we come back to apartments. Warm situation reminding a home, the sympathetic owners ready at any time to come to the rescue, give rise to feeling of confidence and serenity, Excellent arrangement: near a beach and shops. A large number of cafe and restaurants in pedestrian availability. With pleasure we will return again))
