The luxury 3 bedroom apartment offers a spacious 110 square metres area. There is a modern open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, with access onto a large balcony with sunny panoramic views over Flachau village and the mountains. There are 3 bedrooms (1 x master/en-suite and 2 x twin). There is a downstairs cellar with ski rack, boot warmer, washing machine and dryer. There is a covered car parking space directly opposite. The apartment is located just off the main slope above the Achter Jet Gondola station, hence providing ski-in/ski-out access. The picturesque village centre is only a 8 minute walk. The village has plenty of amenities (supermarkets, boutiques, sport equipment hire, hotels, bars and restaurants). Flachau provides both winter activities (a ski paradise) and summer (golf, hiking, touring, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, white water rafting and tennis). Flachau is easily accessed just off the A10 motorway, only a 35 minute drive from Salzburg.

Beautiful apartment and location!

We had a fantastic holiday with our family. It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need. The beautiful view over the valley is also wonderful. We certainly hope to come back one day. Contact with the owners was also very pleasant. We have received many valuable tips about the area.

Wonderful place in Flachau

We had a wonderful time! This beautiful home is perfect for a family vacation. Everything was well organized and clean. Two bathrooms is really a luxury. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Trips to Salzburg, liechtensteinklamm, dachstein skywalk, Zell am See, Jägersee and eisriesenwelt are easy to drive to. This vacation homes in Austria is perfectly centrally located. I definitely recommend this vacation home.

Fantastic

We have just returned from Christmas week in Flachau staying at this beautiful apartment. We could not have asked for a better base for our skiing holiday. The apartment itself is ideally located only a few minutes walk away from the piste where you can ski straight down to the Achterjet lift and a short walk into the centre of town to the Spar and local bars and restaurants. The apartment was extremely comfortable with lots of light, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of storage and underfloor heating. The the boot warmers were especially appreciated. We would definitely look to book again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay - the apartment is located halfway the final slope from the achterjet; it’s very easy to get on and off the piste. The apartment itself was wonderful; clean and spacious, excellent for 6 people. The only two minor things we could think of were (1) broken balcony door of the master bedroom - but this was communicated very timely and clearly so we were prepared and (2) the bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken and was put together with tie wraps, but that is very easy to oversee. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the house and are seriously considering coming back next year! Thank you Mandy and family for the wonderful hospitality and the clear and friendly communication!

Mooi en ruim appartement. Het was schoon en bijna alles is aanwezig. Het is op loopafstand van de piste, vanaf daar kun je naar de Achterjet gondel skiën.

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer guten Zimmeraufteilung. Die große Wohnküche hat zu vielen gemeinsamen Spiele- und Kochabenden eingeladen.

Ruim chalet, zeer goed locatie

Fijn chalet, lekker dichtbij de pistes. 200 meter vanaf de pistes omlaag naar de gondel. Einde dag ski je weer het dal in naar het Chalet. Alleen als je even naar het dorp wil moet je wat wandelen. Goed te doen. Supermarkten zijn goed voorzien. Er is op kortere loop-afstand genoeg vermaak in de buurt voor wat Apres Ski en Live Muziek.

Super Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Für 6 Erwachsene super Wohnung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Max 100 m zur Piste. Nur, wer mehr als ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch möchte, sollte sich selbst noch welche mitbringen, wenn man nicht waschen möchte.

Summerhaus im Winter

Wir hatten mit 6 Personen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten waren ordentlich und es gab viel Platz für alle. Alle Bäder / Toiletten hatten Fenster, was sehr gut war. Auch der Skikeller funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Appartement ist sehr empfehlenswert.

We are from UK, and have lived in The Middle East since 1988, and see too much sand!! We love the contrast of snow in the winter and the beautiful lush scenery in the summer. We wish we could take more advantage of our beatiful apartment, but unforuntately we can't, but we hope that you will love it too.

Why they chose this property

We are a family of passionate skiers, who love the outdoors and mountain scenery. Our apartment is ideally situated just a few metres off the piste giving great access to skiing or walking and wonderful views of the mountains and village below. It has been a been a long term dream to own a ski/mountain property. We believe that we have furnished it to high standards and have provided everything needed for an easy and hassle free holiday. We do hope that you love this apartment and location as much as we do, and keep it in the way that you found it, for all to enjoy for year to come. The Summers Family.

What makes this property unique

There is something for everyone in Flachau. Skiing and snowboarding in the winter, golf, mountain biking, horse riding and hiking in the summer. For those of you that enjoy shopping, Salzberg is only a 30 minutes drive away.
