Ottima opzione al Circeo

Affittato la villa per un decina di giorni nell’Agosto del 2016. Ottima ubicazione, spaziosa e fresca (anche grazie agli impianti di aria condizionata - gradito plus). Sicuramente da considerare in un futuro soggiorno al Circeo! Ottimo il rapporto con il proprietario.

Sono stata ospite con la mia famiglia a giugno e a luglio del 2013. La villa era perfetta, fresca e simpatico, cordiale e attento il proprietario. Inoltre il prezzo era assolutamente concorrenziale. Ho mandato anche dei conoscenti che sono rimasti molto contenti

Il proprietario non mantiene i patti presi in precedenza, non offre tutto quello che scrive nelle caratteristiche ,presenta una villa in pessime condizioni di igiene e pulizia ,non restituisci la caparra come pattuito .E' da evitare di affittarla

L'inquilino ha smontato dei letti di sua iniziativa.Ha preteso costruzioni in legno per accedere alle camere da letto. Ha lasciato la casa in pessime condizioni con ancora molliche di pane in salotto e piatti di plastica per tutto il giardino. Non si è preoccupato di innaffiare il giardino e ha parcheggiato la sua auto all'interno della villa rovinando completamente il prato. Sono 7 anni che affitto la proprietà tutte le estati per 3 mesi e tutti gli inquilini hanno confermato di essere stati benissimo mandandomi altri ospiti. Probabilmente il mio inquilino non verrà più. E io lo ringrazio di cuore
