Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Paradise Woods

Our immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has a private pool (pool heating available at extra cost), spacious living area and full air-conditioning. The south facing extended pool area is fully enclosed to ensure privacy and is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a day at the parks. Our villa is ideally located on a prestigious gated community just 10/15 minutes from Disney. We are 5 minutes from the excellent Champions Gate resort and there is a good selection of shops, restaurants, and food outlets in the local vicinity. Highway 192 with a wider range of restaurants and shops is only 5 minutes drive. The villa also includes free WIFI access, cable TV (3 televisions), and a games room. We have received many positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the villa, which is looked after by our locally based Management Agent.

Overall good stay. Close to lots of attractions. Pool was really nice. Communication was excellent. It is near a busy, noisy road, so bring a white noise machine for sleeping. Cleanliness was ok, but could have been just a bit better.

Good location for Disney, Publix nearby with some nice food places. Property needs a little money spent on it kitchen is dated and doors to pool are difficult to use. Property was clean and host was helpful. Air con was great and it was light and spacious.

Great place!

It was a great place to stay! We all enjoyed it and we were very close to the Disney parks so that was nice. We ended up being there throughout the hurricane and didn’t have any issues and the host was incredibly nice/quick to respond with any questions we had as well as checking in on us after the hurricane. We all enjoyed staying here.

Perfect for family vacation house

The house was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for our family getaway. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The pool was great, as were the games in the garage. The location was great! We would definitely stay again when we return to the state.

For our family of 4 this house was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. The host was fantastic and answered any questions we had very promptly. What more could you ask for? We hope to return again next year.

Great location for Disney parks. This villa has everything that you need for a self catering stay in the area. Highlights were the BBQ, the pool and the location for Disney. Downside was definitely the Ronald Reagan highway. It woke me up early every morning with sirens and loud exhausts. It never really slowed down and made sitting outside a rather noisy affair. The train also made a regular visit and blew a long horn! Next doors cat was very friendly and came to say hi each morning!

Peaceful Getaway!!

The neighborhood was peaceful, the house was very clean and the three rooms/2bath accommodated my husband and boys very well. The owner Richard is very kind and responds to questions quickly. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

Lovely week in Florida

We enjoyed our relaxing week at the Villa. Very comfortable for a family to eat in and feel at home. The pool was relaxing and perfect temperature. Fun area to play in the garage. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfy place close to Disney!

Amazing getaway

We stayed at this home for a week. Super spacious with everything you need. We were able to enjoy the pool and grill out back. Very quiet neighborhood and the best part is that it was only a 15 minute drive to Disney properties.
