Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Paradise Woods

Our immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has a private pool (pool heating available at extra cost), spacious living area and full air-conditioning. The south facing extended pool area is fully enclosed to ensure privacy and is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a day at the parks. Our villa is ideally located on a prestigious gated community just 10/15 minutes from Disney. We are 5 minutes from the excellent Champions Gate resort and there is a good selection of shops, restaurants, and food outlets in the local vicinity. Highway 192 with a wider range of restaurants and shops is only 5 minutes drive. The villa also includes free WIFI access, cable TV (3 televisions), and a games room. We have received many positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the villa, which is looked after by our locally based Management Agent.

This property was clean and had all the basics you could think of! Quiet neighborhood- very quaint! Don’t bother to pay extra for heated pool- water was definitely COLD!

Beautiful home for families

The home was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. The owner was very responsive to any communication. Vacationed with my family of 4, which includes two small children. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The pool was perfect and clean. The grill was used for a cookout and the kitchen was just the right size for cooking our meals all week. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Family sun break

We had a family break for 10 nights. There was plenty of room for 3 wild kids to run around and the pool was fantastic too burn off some of their energy. We had an issue with the toilet and the management company was speedy and kept us updated.

Nice place however a visit from the pool company for a quick pool vacuum and or the property manager would have been appreciated to check in with us. It’s understood there are quite a few bugs around however a vacuum could have been done midweek to alleviate such issues. Thanks

Excellent home and owner!

We really enjoyed our stay in Davenport. The house was clean and accommodates a bunch of people and the location is mostly great! The only thing to note is that there’s a decent amount of road noise as the house sits around 100 feet off from a main road. Living right outside a city, this didn’t bother us at all but if you’re used to quiet nights in the country it’s something to keep in mind! The house sits around 5 miles down the road from 192 which has a ton of tourist locations and dining options. Quick 20 minute trips home from most of the Disney parks as well!

Needs a internet upgrade

We had a lovely stay we felt at home this house had everything you would have in your own home but master bedroom mattress and internet WiFi needs upgrade we had bad internet service entire time didn’t mind as we went to relax and enjoy the pool my 12yr old was not happy with internet service as he needed it to play his PlayStation at night before going to sleep.

Very pleased

We were very pleased with the rental house. It was very clean inside and out. I think our favorite part was the private pool! It is VERY private. You can’t even see the neighbors, and they can’t see you while you’re in the pool. I do think there could be a few upgrades made. Like the coffee maker. The coffee filter basket doesn’t stay in, so we got creative and taped it. Maybe swap it out for a Keurig. There wasn’t enough storage containers or salad/cereal bowls, and maybe add a couple mixing bowls and a platter or 2 for putting hors devours on. Other than that, the place was great and I’m considering booking for next year. Oh, and anytime I had questions, Paul was always so quick to respond and very kind and easy to work with!! Thank you for a great place to stay!! 😊

Would NOT book again.

This review is based solely on our experience at the property. With that said, the property is not maintained as it seems in the picture. Lawn and pool were lacking maintenance (lawn not cut in some time and pool was dirty). Trash totes were full upon arrival. Walls and ceilings around intake vents were covered in black dust. Sofa and comforters were stained. We battled bugs (ants and roaches) the entire time. To the point we left 4 days early and moved to a hotel. This property has the potential with some updates and improved property care. It is not conveniently located to Disney… with the traffic during a “slower than normal” crowd it takes 30-40 minutes on average.

Overall good stay. Close to lots of attractions. Pool was really nice. Communication was excellent. It is near a busy, noisy road, so bring a white noise machine for sleeping. Cleanliness was ok, but could have been just a bit better.

Good location for Disney, Publix nearby with some nice food places. Property needs a little money spent on it kitchen is dated and doors to pool are difficult to use. Property was clean and host was helpful. Air con was great and it was light and spacious.

Great location for Disney parks. This villa has everything that you need for a self catering stay in the area. Highlights were the BBQ, the pool and the location for Disney. Downside was definitely the Ronald Reagan highway. It woke me up early every morning with sirens and loud exhausts. It never really slowed down and made sitting outside a rather noisy affair. The train also made a regular visit and blew a long horn! Next doors cat was very friendly and came to say hi each morning!

Needs work

Upon arrival, the grass had not been cut, house looked abandoned. The inside was clean, except baseboards and around the toilets. Furniture and appliances are old except for the microwave. Cupboards have old phones, etc, and there is no room for our food. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Twin bed in the master and front bedroom. It is evident they are in the process of cleaning it up, but needs a lot of work.

No Paradise

We were informed the day before travel that the pool screen was damaged in recent storms - not repaired till last day,pool not cleaned at all during trip, very dirty. Villa location in between two major roads and a train line - very noisy daytime and throughout the night. Too noisy to sit outside.Due to trees next to property, only limited sun in garden too.Villa ok, but unresourced for a group of people staying so probably needs reviewing by owners.If you only want a somewhere to sleep while you visit parks ok but not somewhere to spend time relaxing.

Amazing

When we arrived it was super easy to get in due to the fact that they send all the information needed before you even start your trip. As we entered the house it was super clean and well stocked to accommodate everything you would need for not only adults but small children as well. They even have a safety gate and alarms on the doors so you know if a child has exited the door to the pool. The pool was super clean as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find as well. I would definitely recommend this home to all my friends and family.

Lovely home

The home was nice. It's roomy, clean and private in a quiet neighbourhood. We have had some contact with the owner Faisal before and during our stay to address some minor issues. He was always very responsive and friendly. We would definetely book this house again when visiting the area in the future.
