The farmhouse is located in the municipality of San Costanzo and in a few minutes you can reach the pretty village where you can find the main services such as shops, bars, pharmacy, bank and post office. You can also quickly reach Marotta and the Adriatic Sea, where you can find beautiful sandy beaches, excellent fish restaurants, entertainment venues, cycle paths, many activities, festivals, events throughout the year. For wine lovers, in the surrounding hills there are many excellent wineries where you can do tastings or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are about 15 kilometers away and are two tourist destinations for lovers of the sea but also of culture and history because they offer beautiful historic centers. Urbino, capital of the Renaissance and UNESCO site, can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.
