The villa stands in a very quiet environment, surrounded by an area of olive trees with a couple of very friendly, local neighbours. The villa is west facing so it is possible to see the most beautiful sunsets over a sea view.

The villa is ideal for sun gazing…. and there is a private ecological swimming pool with overflow 8x4 metres.

The villa has recently been modernised - With a brand new kitchen, showers , new furniture and decorated throughout, inside and out!

We visited the villa in August 2020 and we fell in love with the peaceful location, fantastic views with all amenities within a short drive away. In fact we loved it so much we approached the owner Spyros and bought the villa.

We are in the process of refurbishing the villa and this will be completed by the spring 2021.

We are a family of four and live in Bath in the UK.

We came over at the end of October and the sea was still warm enough for us all to swim. Visiting out of season also gives you the opportunity to explore the island on foot as the island is renowned for its great walking holidays.
