The villa is located on the Tuscany / Umbria border, giving you the ideal opportunity to visit the wonderful surrounding hill top towns of Montone, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Siena . Tegolaio is ideal for groups and families and has everything required if travelling with small children including children's play area The perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the slow pace of italian life. There are shops and restaurants locally, and ideal for walking, cycling, golf, tennis, horseriding and there are watersports on nearby Lake Trasimeno.

We are a semi retired couple, with a large family of children and grandchildren. Having restored Tegolaio, and renovated it into our second home, we feel ready to share all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We love our Tuscan/Umbrian location as it is within the untouched rural and secluded mountains, but you have the ability to be in the local bar/shop in a 25 minute walk. There are both traditional and more modern towns to be visited, and a direct train-line to Rome and Florence within 30 minutes drive. With only a 35 minute drive from Perugia Airport, Tegolaio holds the perfect holiday location.
