Our holiday home (licensed Vivienda Vactional) is privately owned and maintained with a private electrically heated pool in its own walled grounds. Set in a tranquil location offering the perfect get away and yet near the centre of Playa Blanca. The accommodation comprises of a lounge, kitchen, spacious bathroom and large master bedroom with ample wardrobe space. Below are details of the facilities provided in the property. Situated on El Parque del Rey, we are a walk to the harbour and just a further 5 minutes to the main shopping street with three supermarkets. Following COVID-19 we ensure that the property has at least 8 man hours of cleaning between guests.

The villa was amazing with a refreshing pool and well situated within the Island. Lovely local beaches and restaurants to travel within 5 minutes of the accommodation, with more great destinations for sight seeing only half an hour away by car! The host had very kindly set us up with water, ice and a few other items to get us started in a welcome basket. Very easy to book and would highly recommend!

The outdoor space was great, with a pool large enough for the two of us. The villa was clean and tidy throughout and there was a welcome pack of essential items. Parque Del Rey is ideally placed for our needs as we enjoy the walk down to the beaches and marina.

We have stayed in many villas over the years and I can say that this has to be the best villa ever.From booking ,Andrew has been brilliant and communication very efficient.The pool was spotless and a great size for up to 4 people.All the outside area Inc large table and sunloungers were great qualityThe villa itself was very spacious and SPOTLESS (never been to any villa this clean!)The kitchen has every utensil and appliance you need.Bedrooms have plenty of storage and inc iron,board,vacuum and 2 great fans which work well even on plus 35 degrees.Bathroom is of a great size with over bath shower and decent pressure.The lounge has tv with English channels and good Internet speed.In all our years I honestly cannot praise the villa enough and the owners meticulous attention to detail.Thank you guys for the welcome pack and the little extra congratulations present for our honeymoon.I kind of hope you dont get too much success as I want to re book

Lovely villa ideal for 2

Lovely villa in a quiet area just outside Playa Blanca town. Ideal for 2 people with its own small private heated pool and everything you need for a relaxing restful holiday. Marina Rubicón 5 mins drive has some lovely restaurants ( would recommend Lani’s)

This is a perfect holiday villa ,about a 15 min walk to the centre and all the restaurants and shops

This is a perfect villa for a base to explore or to chill out.It is about a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants ,a taxi back will cost you 5 euros .The pool is brilliant and can’t thank Andrew and John enough comm great

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's villa. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the villa was impeccably clean, located in a quiet and safe area. The bus stop to Playa Blanca is just a few minutes away, and the center of Playa Blanca is only a 20-minute walk. There's also a lovely water park about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect for young children.

2 weeks relaxing holiday

The villa was perfect, Andrew was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around. The villa was spotlessly clean and beach towels were also provided. The location was great which was about 10/15 minutes walk maximum to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful villa in great location

We had a week at the villa during easter. Its in a lovely quiet location about 10min walk to the promenade. The pool is great, warm and a good size. The villa itself is well equipped and was perfect for a family of four with lots of shaded areaa outside. There was also good privacy screening to the road - although we barely saw anyone go past. We'd definitely stay again.

Hi I’m Andrew and the property belongs to me. I live on Lanzarote with a sun loving West Highland Terrier called Sally. A good part of my time is spent ensuring that our place is kept to highest standards both inside and out. The only way I can ensure my standards are met is to do it myself. Following COVID-19 we ensure that the property has at least 8 man hours of cleaning between guests.

Why they chose this property

We love the island and all it has to offer and we are thrilled when other people are introduced to Lanzarote after booking with us. It’s even more rewarding when those people come back to us year after year. I am more than happy to share my knowledge of the island having lived here for years and many of our guests have been surprised at just how much more there is besides glorious sunshine and beautiful beaches.

What makes this property unique

Our place is absolutely ideal for couples who want a peaceful quiet break . We are fortunate to be situated far closer to the beachside town of Playa Blanca than many properties in the area.
Since 2005 when the property was built, the private estate it’s part of has been maintained to the highest standard and is still as peaceful as ever.

May be the best part is lounging in the pool as the sun goes down with a bottle of Lanzarote wine.
