The apartment overlooks the quiet countryside (Brejos) and is a new build 3rd floor apartment. It has 2 communal pools, 1 normal pool and 1 for small children. There are comfortable loungers around the pool and on the roof terrace. It has a L shaped balcony with access from the living room and each bedroom. The location is ideal for those wishing a relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings but with a walk of only 10 minutes to the famous "Strip" in Albufeira with its many restaurants and bars. The old town, numerous beeches and golf courses are only a short bus/shuttle/car ride away.

Moved a couple years ago to live and work in Germany. I'm married and have 2 grown up children. I worked as a draughtsman but now I'm a shop manager.

Why they chose this property

My wife and i loved holidaying in Portugal and when the "kids" were old enough we decided to buy a property in Albufeira. The area is very quiet with views of the surrounding countryside but is still only about a 10 minute walk to the top of the strip. Its also very convenient for access to the N125 and motorway. Unfortunately the motoway has tolls that have to be paid when you return your hired car.

What makes this property unique

We both like the apartments at Monde da Eira and after looking for about 8 months we finally decided to purchase the apartment. We get on very well with all our neighbours and have made some very close friends. The apartment is well furnished to a high standard and all of our friends who have visited Monte da Eira were very happy there. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the "Strip" and other local amenities.
