Magnificent, new and modern private villa offers the best possible view of the Orotava Valley and Puerto de la Cruz. It is very near the sea, directly over the beach of Ancon and Los Patos, accessible via a comfortable path, recently enabled. Enjoy an unrestricted view over the Atlantic Ocean. In the west-facing terrace hear the sound of the waves, while watching the magnificent sunset of Tenerife.

A Wonderful Stay at Villa Casa Grande

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Casa Grande, especially the breathtaking view from the terrace. Everything was perfect, and we felt very comfortable throughout our time there. Daniel is an excellent host, and communication with him was outstanding. This was our second visit, and we are already looking forward to our third. Thank you for another memorable experience!

We were with a bunch of collegues and there was enough place, but it was too bad that the room with the bunk beds was closed. Because as collegues we didn't wanted to sleep in the same beds ;) But overall, the villa was amazing, everything you need is there. The hottub was perfect with the view. And starting with a cup of coffee with that view was unforgettable. Thanks!

Spectacular location and view, just great

We, five adults, spent our holiday in this villa. The location above the cliffs and the view is sensational. The contact with Daniel was very good and he responded quickly to emails. The house is really great and corresponds to the pictures. One or two reviews have already said that the villa is a little dated. Yes, that's true, but everything is tidy and clean, so we didn't see it as a negative. The TF-5 motorway runs very close by, so we were worried that the noise would be annoying, but that wasn't a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Perched on the Cliff with Fabulous Views!

This lovely, big home is perfectly located, well maintained, and secure. So much space, we all had room to gather or enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, as desired. The views and amenities were outstanding. With 2 grocery stores a 5 minute walk away, we cooked in every night for 2 weeks and never tired of our home away from home. Daniel was very helpful throughout the process and took great care of us. He has thought of everything you might need and outfitted the house to an excellent standard. It is very easy to access the highway, the bus, and towns from this property. The trail to the beach was a great challenge we enjoyed almost daily (850ft in 0.7 miles). Not for the faint of heart, but the pool is a welcome reward upon returning. All in all, a perfect vacation. Thanks Daniel!

Great Villa for whole family

Villa with nice view at top of the clifs. We stayed with 10 people in the villa for fifteen days Pool / Jacuzi / Bar / Cinema .... etc. is all there and nice to use. Kitchen is well equiped. Scullary a bit tight but duable. Crockery plenty available. Santa Ursula has some bars and restaurants. The Chinese restaurant (Li) was perfect and not expensive. Large Mercadona and Hyperdino close by. Be aware that they are closed on sundays. The communication with Daniel is sometimes very quick... and sometimes very slow. The last days the pool system had an equipment failure to keep it clean. But that can always happen. Overall we had a great time in the Villa.

Wunderschöne Lage, sportlicher Zugang zu einem tollen Sandstrand (schwarzer, feiner Sand).Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster in den Gym-Raum, der wiederum eine Glastüre nach draußen hat. Lüftung möglich, aber nicht ideal.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und vermissen die unglaubliche Aussicht!!!Check in und Kommunikation waren hervorragend, danke!!!

Traumhafte Lage und ein Haus mit viel Platz

Dieses Haus hat unsere achtköpfige Gruppe sehr glücklich gemacht. Sowohl mit Ausstattung als auch mit der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die ein oder andere sanitäre Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das war in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit hatte leider keinen deutschen Standard, aber damit sind wir auch zurecht gekommen. Der einzig störende Faktor war die Baustelle direkt vor dem Pool auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Der Check-In sowie der Kontakt zu Daniel war jederzeit sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett. Alles in allem empfehlen wir das Haus aber sehr und kommen gerne als Gäste wieder.

Fantastische woning op een prachtige plek.

De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je hier geen vakantiegevoel krijgt, lukt het je nergens. In de keuken is echt alles ruim voldoende aanwezig. Een broodrooster, 2 ovens, fondue set en zelfs een grillplaat. De Home-vip app werkt heel makkelijk en bij vragen reageert de eigenaar zeer snel. Kortom: Dit adres is echt een aanrader om je vakantie te vieren.

Tolle Villa mit unbeschreiblich schönem Ausblick!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub zu neunt (7 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in der Villa verbracht. Der Ausblick ist grandios!!! Die Villa ist zudem großartig ausgestattet... von einem Trampolin, einer Tischtennisplatte über ein eigenes Heimkino, einer Bar mit Fassbier bis hin zum Jacuzzi und einem großen Pool... Es ist einfach alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Leider ist einiges schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgewohnt (Flecken auf den Auflagen für die Poolliegen und auf der Couch im Heimkino). Gleich zu Beginn mussten wir feststellen, dass einiges nicht funktionierte, aber der Gastgeber Daniel war sehr bemüht und kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Leider gab es in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten neben der Villa, was zur Folge hatte, dass der entstandene Staub im Pool landete und diesen erheblich trübte. Ein unbeschwertes Badevergnügen war nach ein paar Tagen somit nicht mehr möglich. Einen Tag vor unserer Abreise konnten wir ihn dann gar nicht mehr nutzen, da der Pool mit einer Chemikalie behandelt werden musste um eine Reinigung vorzubereiten. Leider hatten wir auch etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und mehr als die Hälfte unseres Urlaubs war es durchgehend bedeckt und durch den Wind recht frisch. Die heiß ersehnten Sonnenuntergänge blieben somit bis auf wenige Ausnahmen leider aus. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und würden die Villa, wenn auch mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen, weiterempfehlen.

A beautiful house equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday

A large house that has been beautifully design to take advantage of the stunning sea views. Spotlessly clean and generously equipped. A car is essential as the surrounding area does not offer too much to keep a family entertained. The walk down the cliff to the beach is not for the faint hearted!

AMAZING is not enough said for this villa !

We were a group of 9 adults and we felt wonderful . The property is very clean and well maintained by Marissa, who was very welcoming. So many facilities for a villa for rent we've never seen ! We didn't enjoy by pool due to weather, but the bar and the music from there were awesome ! We didn't need to go to the club, we had all there, inside ! The owner is very discreet, the more this villa offers is not seen in photos, like outside jacuzzi with heated water. Thanks for all you offers us, Daniel ! You have an amazing house, which we like to see again, sometime ! We recommend everyone ! Liliana & friends Romania
