Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage für viele Aktivitäten auf Teneriffa. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist wundervoll. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war einwandfrei, helfend und sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Sie Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Der Pool ist im März noch sehr erfrischend;-). Da es Abends doch recht kühl sein kann, wäre es gut, die Klimaanlagen zu überholen, sie riechen ein wenig. Sonst war alles tipptopp!

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus mit unschlagbarer Aussicht. Leider war der Pool sehr kalt, aber bei einigen Wolkentagen auch klar. Hier und da sollte man mal die Handwerker durchschicken. Mary die Gastgeberik kümmert sich toll um einen und bietet immer schnelle Hilfe an. Toller Urlaub - Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber! Super Aussicht!

Pros: Sehr geräumiges, luftiges Haus, der Garten ist gepflegt und von Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Sehr schöne Aussicht aufs Meer! Auch genug Möglichkeiten in der Nähe zum Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuchen! Cons: Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. (z.B. Handmixer, Waage, und das alltägliche Geschirr, es sind zu wenige Tassen und Gläser)

Pros: El check-in fue sencillo y rápido, sin contacto, pero Mari Jose estuvo pendiente hasta que llegamos a la casa y pudimos entrar en ella. La casa es una pasada, tal y como aparece en las fotos, incluso mejor! La propietaria muy atenta en todo momento. Vistas muy chulas desde la casa. Cons: Había manillas de puertas que hay que cambiar ya que no cierran bien, y el baño de la habitación principal no tiene bien la cadena. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Mehr als traumhafter Ausblick

Der Checkin ging sehr einfach. Wir konnten sogar schon zwei Stunden früher in das Haus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (Kommunikation per WhatsApp). Die Lage und vor allem der Ausblick sind einfach fantastisch. Wir konnten uns nicht satt sehen. Einfach ein perfektes Haus. Abends sieht man links die Lichter von Puerto Santa Cruz. Es ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön durch einen unverbauten Ausblick.

Schlechter Zustand

Es wird hier zusätzlich eine Kaution verlangt. Es ist nicht so sehr die Höhe, als der gesamte Umstand, der ärgerlich ist. Man erhält eine WhatsApp-Nachricht, dass man doch bitte sehr sorgfältig mit dem Haus umgehen solle, Fremdes Eigentum respektieren solle, Lärm vermeiden (schließlich wohnen dort Nachbarn die arbeiten) solle. Dann kommt man in ein Haus, das einfach in einem schlechten Zustand ist. Es gibt kaum einen Gegenstand, der dort nicht irgendwie defekt ist. Von der Türklinke bis zum Herd! Das Bad hat vielleicht noch nie seit Erbauung eine gründliche Reinigung erlebt. Das Haus war schlicht sehr schlecht gereinigt. Man kann sich dort nicht einmal ein Rührei machen, weil es einfach keine Pfanne in der Küche gibt, die intakt ist. Vergessen Sie dort für eine Familie sinnvoll kochen zu wollen. Der Backofen muss defekt sein, bringt keine ausreichende Temperatur. Und zum Hinweis man möge keinen Lärm machen: Unser Nachbar hörte derart laut Musik, dass ein ungestörtes Gespräch bei uns im Freien (sagen wir am eiskalten Pool) nicht möglich war. Das einzig Versöhnliche ist der wunderbare Ausblick! Die Rücküberweisung der Kaution wurde dann auch noch zu einem kleinen komplizierten Akt. Insgesamt: Das Geld nicht wert.
