Built in 2000, this beautifully furnished 2-bedroom ground floor apartment with panoramic valley views from the terrace in fantastic family location of Valmorel. Ski back to your door with access to the main ski lift a short walk past the sledging area. The Grand Domain ski area consists of 3600 hectares of ski area around Valmorel. Direct access to over 150km of piste made up of 46 ski lifts, 85 slopes, 315 snow cannons and a snow zone equipped with a boarder cross, slope styles and free ride zone. Valmorel is an authentic French resort with stone and wood cladded buildings. There are four snow sport learning areas, a real paradise for ski trekking and off-piste fan, a breathtaking variety of countryside ranging from pine trees to high mountain. This beautiful pedestrianised village consists of shops, restaurants and all village amenities and is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. An excellent resort for families.

En très positif la proximité de l 'accès au parking ainsi que de la piste de luge.Vue du séjour dégagée sur la montagne en face.Par contre bien envisager le temps nécessaire pour se rendre au départ des cours ESF avec des petits.

Superbe station et son centre piétonnier, superbe emplacement de l appartement, équipements au top (manque juste peut être une cafetière électrique). 2 salles de bain c est pratique , rangement vêtements par contre un peu juste mais on trouve des solutions ....bref Top séjour

Ideal pour des vacances avec des enfants (appartement au pied de la piste de luge) et suffisamment grand. Un lave-linge serait un touche supplémentaire sans être indispensable dans le contexte.

Location dans le cadre d'un séjour en famille pour profiter de la station de ski. L appartement est vraiment confortable c est le mot. Parfait pour un séjour avec nos deux enfants ou entre adulte.

Half term ski trip

Another excellent week in Valmorel returning to this property after a year elsewhere (this property was booked last year). As before the property is ideally located within the village - close to lifts and village centre and an easy bus ride to the esf meeting point. The apartment itself is quite compact but has everything you would expect/want, and certainly met our needs (family of 5). We almost certainly will be back again in the future.

Idéalement situé, au pied de la piste de luge, près du centre bourg, à 100m du télésiège Altispace : on déchausse les skis devant la porte! L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, et joliment décoré : on voit tout de suite qu'il est utilisé aussi par ses propriétaires et que ce n'est pas seulement un appartement loué pour 'faire de l'argent'. Le propriétaire Andy répond très rapidement aux questions. Bref je recommande vivement et je reprendrai certainement le même logement l'an prochain, s'il est disponible...

Lovely apartment

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this apartment in Valmorel. Couldn't ask for a better apartment. Location was perfect, could ski directly to the back door and only a few minutes walk up a shallow slope in the morning to the ski lift. The apartment had everything we needed and was nice and warm with plenty of places to hang wet/damp ski clothes to dry.

Cosy, well equipped apartment in a good location in the heart of the village with doorstep sledging

We had a great week in Valmorel the place where we learnt to ski almost 20 years ago and now our children have. It’s a very family friendly resort and this well equipped ground floor apartment was the perfect place for our first family skiing holiday - the resort coped really well with half term crowds and never felt too busy, especially once you were on the slopes. On the plus side the apartment was just outside the sledging area and a very short uphill walk to the village centre and the altispace chair lift. 2 bathrooms and a separate loo was very handy and like all the apartments this one was pretty snug but absolutely fine. If like us you had beginners wanting to get to ski school and couldn’t really use the chair lift and ski down, ski school is quite a trek away for small children but it is only one trip a day and the teleborg lift is about 10mins slow walking when you are kitted up. We would have no hesitation in coming back to Valmorel and this apartment.

Fantastic apartment and great location

A lovely apartment, well furnished and in a fantastic position just a few minutes from the main ski lift and skiing right back to the door. The kids loved it as it is situated right by the toboggan slope. Owners really helpful and quick to respond so we're definitely coming back next year.

Very nice appartment

A very nice appartment, very well equiped and furnished, located not far away from the skylifts of Altispace and Lanchettes, and enabling to come back by ski directly 20 meters away from the appartment door. The appartment is quite and very convenient, enabling to park 30 meters away from the door to unload and reload the car. Andy has been very kind and reactive to solve the 2 minor problems we have had at the beginning. All in all a very nice stay, we’ll certainly be back next year.

Great apartment in a great location within the village.

We had a wonderful week in Valmorel and were delighted that all our last minute bookings including this accommodation worked out well. Kids loved the closeness to the sledging area whilst it was also nice to be able to ski back to the door avoiding any post skiing trudging or travelling. The apartment, although not that big, was suitable for our family of five with adequate levels of storage space and well equipped kitchen area. The pedestrian street with shops and restaurants was also close.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was geat and outlook was fab. The bedrooms were very cosy with litle room for cases, but having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. Thanks guys it suited our pupose of attending a wedding what a great place for that. Cheers
