Nous passons un séjour d'été à Valmorel depuis près de 40 ans. Nous avons changé plusieurs fois de location en fonction du nombre de couchages dont nous avons besoin.Celui-ci est bien placé, mais le ménage, contrairement à ce qui avait été annoncé, n'avait pas été fait depuis la dernière occupation de la saison d'hiver. Les deux chasses d'eau étaient défectueuses (l'une coulait en permanence, l'autre ne se remplissait pas), le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et la machine à café fuyait; Le propriétaire, contacté dès le premier jour de notre séjour, nous a garanti le passage d'un technicien dès le lendemain. Notre séjour a duré 12 jours et le technicien est passé le 10ème jour! Nous avons demandé une ristourne au propriétaire pour les désagréments causés, et au minimum le remboursement des frais de ménage. Nous attendons toujours la réponse à notre courrier ! Nous retournerons à Valmorel, mais dans un autre appartement.
