The apartment. very quiet, with aluminium frames, double glazing and security grilles, is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator, just 100 meters from the beach, where you can find beaches and bathing establishments private or public .Several supermarkets are within 400 meters from the house and the bus stop to the train station is just 50 meters away.It consists in:

MASTER BEDROOM with comfortable memory foam mattress. and large closet with sliding doors.Climatized.
BATHROOM with shower and bidet.
LARGE KITCHEN equipped with electric oven, washing machine and table for meals.
The apartment has double exposure and 2 terraces, one is facing the sea and serves the bedroom and the living room..The other one, livable, 25 sqm. is accessible from the kitchen, covered with awnings, against the sun,and is equipped with table, chairs and sunbed.The furniture is modern with excellent finish.From his terraces, you can enjoy a sea view and admire the marine sunsets enjoying a good dinner in the summer evenings.

Perfect holiday rental close to the beach

My husband and I stayed at this lovely property for 10 days. The flat is very nice and the terrace is absolutely wonderful. We spent much of our time on the terrace. Great location to the beach and very convenient for shopping and enjoying Ostia. The owner is very easy to work with and was most gracious. We would definitely stay at this property again.

WONDERFUL VIEW,POSITION AND WEATHER!

We had a nice relaxing week here.The view to the sea were very wonderful(we had so great weather!!!) The position of the flat was also good.Supermarket,sea and the metro station are very closeness.The people here are very nice!We like the balcony and spent enjoying days there.Thank's you so much Marcello!!

I assumed there would be 2 separate bedrooms...not 1 with a pullout but we were there for just the one night. Any more days and it would’ve been too small. Location is close to beach and many dining and shopping locations as listed. Owners were very helpful with checking in and transportation

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral, der Bus fährt gleich um die Ecke und auch das Meer ist schnell zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker mit kleinem Restaurant und auch ein Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Der Ort und auch die Wohnung haben aber die besten Jahre hinter sich. Und Achtung achtet unbedingt auf die Markisen über dem Balkon, der Vermieter ist ganz gezielt beim aus checken auf den Balkon gegangen und hat die Markisen rausgezogen um uns die vorher schon defekten Tücher zu zeigen mit dem Versuch uns zu unterstellen das wir die Markisen beim Regen nicht eingeholt hätten. Ich fände es wichtiger wenn der Vermieter sich mal anschauen würde in welchen Zustand sich das Geschirr und das Mobiliar befinden. Auch die Gitter vor den Türen sind nicht funktionsfähig, so das der kleiner Balkon Richtung Meer nur durch einen Türflügel im Wohnzimmer zu betreten ist. Trotz alledem haben wir die abendliche Ruhe und die Nähe zu Rom und Strand genossen

I'm sorry that the guests have had problems, I'm amazed because the other reviews on the state of the apartment are excellent, being almost new furniture, hardly found in other reality'.At the check out I asked if it was any problems and guests answered all Ok. When I checked the terrace,I saw the awnings broken, a damage of 800 euros, awnings that at the beginning of their vacation was perfect. .... I only asked if they had left open during a storm of a few days before, which is prohibited by the rules, they said no and without further complaints I did not charge them anything. I am happy that they are relaxed in my house and found the location,very strategic.

Phantastisch jederzeit wieder 🌞

Sehr schönes und großräumiges Appartement mit phantastischer Terasse und Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar und erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Bis ins Zentrum von Lido nur 2 km entlang der herrlichen Strandpromenade. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Good location and lovely sun terrace

The apartment is located slightly away from the main tourist area which makes it feel more local. Very close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a large permanent market within walking distance. Car parking was easy and we were always able to park off road in a small car park very close to the apartment. Surprisingly untouristy which is good, but maybe because it was out of season. The apartment has a large terrace which gets the sun for most of the day and there is a large table to eat meals at outside. The interior was a little tired compared to previous places we have stayed in Italy but we had no issues with anything, the WiFi worked well and the owner Marcello was very helpful and friendly. We would definately recommend staying at this apartment and when we visit Ostia, we will stay here again. Thanks Marcello!

Vacanze estive ad Ostia

Abbiamo passato le ferie estive in questo appartamento.La casa e' molto carina,con tutti i comfort.Ci sono persino libri e DVD,oltre il wifi.La spiaggia piu' vicina e' a soli 100 metri e la parte piu' piacevole erano le nostre cene nell'accogliente terrazza dopo una giornata di mare.

angenehmes Urlaubsziel

Wir waren mit dem Urlaubsdomizil zufrieden. Als leidenschaftliche Köchin hätte ich mir eine etwas schönere,qualitativ höhere Küchenausstattung gewünscht. Für all die jenigen, die sich am Morgen über einen Kaffee freuen, gibt es die Möglichkeit mit der Nestcafe Dolce Gusto einen Kapselkaffee zu kochen. Über die Qualität der Betten kann man streiten. Es sei kurz erwähnt, dass das Doppelbett recht weich und das Sofa auf der vorderen Seite hart auf der hinteren Hälfte hart bis angenehm weich ist. Da dies jedoch individuell so verschieden ist, kann ich diese Tatsache nicht bewerten. Der Wohnort bietet alles was man benötigt. Auch die Infrastruktur, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und deren Kosten machen ein Auto überflüssig.Schade fand ich die baulichen Absperrungen zum Strand.Eine ausgiebige Wanderung, wie man es von der Ostsee kennt, ist nicht immer gegeben, da man keinen Weg fand vom Strand wieder zur Strasseund zurück zu kommen ohne fremdes Gebiet zu betreten. Der Abschnitt an der Wohnung war jedoch frei zugängig und lud zum Baden bei kristallklarem Wasser ein. Ansonsten war für Oktober diese Gegend wie ausgestorben.Nur leider galt dies nicht für die Mücken, die waren wirklich sehr nervig und blutrünstig(aua) Der Hafenbereich rechts mit Shops und Restaurant hatte bereits ab dem 01.10. viele Ladenbesitzer schon zum Schließen veranlasst. Auf der linken Seite konte man nach ca. 15 Minuten das Abendleben und schöne Sonnenuntergänge von der Seebrücke erfahren. Auch der Weg zum Bahnhof war zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten lang. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief zügig und unkompliziert. Vielen lieben Dank sagen die Hessen

At first,thank's for the beautiful message "grazie"composed with small shells that I founded on my terrace.I and my wife have appreciate it a lot!Your week in Ostia it was wonderful,7 days sunny with a perfect temperature.Unfortunately is the end of the season and I had not much time to renew the kitchen utensils,because it was sold out from june,but I will provide for it for sure.This year we have improved the kitchen with "Nescafe dolce gusto machine",in order to give to our guests an alternative to the classic "italian moka".

Wunderschöne Dachterrasse

Wir haben hier eine entspannte und schöne Osterzeit mit tollem Wetter gehabt. Nicht zuletzt durch diese Wohnung mit der tollen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer haben wir tolle sonnige Momente erlebt. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach Rom war gut und alles andere ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Dabei haben wir Marcello als zuverlässigen Vermieter kennen gelernt. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit in lido di Ostia sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

Beautiful experience

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e fresco

E' una casa spaziosa, molto attrezzata in cucina, ben arredata dove è veramente piacevole stare in Agosto ad Ostia: avendo molte finestre su più esposizioni è proprio fresco in ogni stanza ed il riposo notturno è certo. Comoda la posizione, con negozi nelle immediate vicinanze e la vicinanza al lungomare ed alla spiaggia attrezzata hanno reso il soggiorno molto gradevole. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario hanno confermato un'ottima scelta tra le tante proposte.

A great vacation!

I have to say that we had a great vacation and much of that is thanks to you. Your house and your artwork are beautiful. The location (for us) of the house was ideal. Between its closeness to the beach and the distance to the train, we could not have asked for anything better. We managed to spend a lot of time on the beach as well as in Rome itself. We got back to Germany in time for rain and colder temperatures which makes us miss being there even more. Thank you once again Jose' Cuevas
