Its in the center of everything. If you dont mind walking less then two miles you'll be in the coliseum. We walked to 3 different sites less than 1.5 miles.
The staircase is a bit precarious and the shower is small, but other than that it’s an excellent property. It’s very quiet at night despite the loud street and the bed/amenities were very comfortable.
Perfect location. We walked everywhere, to the Colloseum, the Vatican and everywhere in between (and we are two 60 year olds). Communication from the host was quick and accurate. Highly recommend.
It’s not a luxury place but it’s not trash. Perfect for budget friendly and in the heart of rustic Rome

Dear Bob, thank you for the 5 starts. We are happy to know the house is not...trash !!! We are just in campo de Fiori of the most central and amazing places in Rome, few steps from Piazza Navona and many other locations....so yes...not trash:)
Thank you,
Francesco
The apartment was perfect for two people. It is near the Campo di Fiore, making it easy to walk or ride buses to many places. The shower head was broken, but the manager responded promptly and got it fixed.
I absolutely loved staying in this home. I had two different VRBOs on my trip, and I wish I had more time here! You can walk to many major sites, no problem. The campo Di Fiori is a charming place with many restaurants and a lovely market in the daytime. Highly recommend this host! So easy, you won’t regret staying here! Amazing shower, cold air conditioning.
Located on a pedestrian street lined with shops and just steps from the market, you couldn't get a better location. The owners were very accommodating and helpful, as our luggage was delayed and they were very kind and supportive of getting it delivered. The apartment was nice and quiet and had everything we needed. The only challenge was climbing the stairs to the bedroom.
Perfect location in the Campo de Fiori neighborhood! Queen sized bed. One interior tall window that faces an interior courtyard, so not a ton of natural light, but there is, in fact, a window. Hospitable and easy check in and check out process. It is necessary to do some stairs although there’s an elevator for part of the way if needed. Would absolutely come back!
Location was perfect, apartment was clean although needing a bit of TLC in places. Apartment owners were able to arrange transport to and from the airport which was great, but dropped the ball when it came to our need for luggage storage on the last day. Overall better attention to detail needed.
The apartment was clean and in a perfect central location. The host was responsive and helpful. My only note to add would be that there are a lot of steps to access the apartment. Even if you take the elevator up, you are still taking many stairs to the elevator and from the elevator to the apartment. If stairs are a problem for you, this should be a consideration.
Overall I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here! This is in a great location and easy to figure out how to walk into the main areas with about a 15-20 minute walk minus the Colosseum. Didn't realize Campo do Fiore is a location for some of the best food and shopping until I did a tour and was told so. Perfect area for dinner and a night time cocktail after all day of walking.
Only thing I would say is the apartment is like a cave, it was hard getting up in the morning with jet lag because there is very little sun light. Which isn't even a bad thing if you need a maid day nap from walking so much out have kids.
The pictures are accurate, clean and great location. Overall all great experience and I would 100% recommended staying here especially as a solo female traveler it was very safe especially compared to the city center of Rome and I would 100% be back.
The apartment was in a very convenient area. However, when entering the door into the building there were 4 stinky trash barrels in the entryway the whole time causing us to hold our breath when coming and going. The apartment was clean, but is very dark with no natural light. The stair railings are loose and unstable and there is only inches between the bed and first step. We placed a suitcase in front to make sure we didn't fall if getting up in the night. The bathroom was not stocked with any soap, shampoo etc, and there were two thin towels wash cloths. If you are a coffee drinker, they provided instant coffee. There was also a small manual espresso pot that we didn't quite figure out how to operate.
Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Rome was blazing hot during our visit, so we especially appreciated having a comfortable, air-conditioned place to come back to each day. We slept very well throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with several grocery stores, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. Having a kitchen was also a big plus—we used it to make ice, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The washing machine was another feature we were grateful for, as it made it easy to keep up with laundry during the hot weather. The shower was a little small, but it worked just fine. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and felt it was the perfect place for our trip. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Appartement très bien situé dans Rome Hôte très disponible . Équipements satisfaisants Très bien pour de courts séjours. Seul bémol pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur.
