The villa is fully air conditioned and now features Wi-Fi Access for guests. Outside includes a roofed terraced patio with table and chairs for dining and a colourful "Chill Out" area for those who are looking for a break from the sunshine. 6 sun loungers are set round the pool and a new extension to the pool area ensures every angle is covered for sun worshippers. The front of the villa also includes a BBQ areas that seats up to 10 people. Rental price includes an excellent English-Speaking Management Team available 24*7.

Awesome location and beautiful villa

Loved this property and David is a wonderful host. It was our first time in Gocek, but it won't be our last! The villa was excellently resourced and beautifully clean. The pool and garden area, really attractive and well maintained and any issues we encountered were sorted very quickly. We loved it and would definitely recommend it

The villa is fantastic. Having to ourselves made the holiday for us. It has everything you need and more. Our of the 8 days where there, we had two days of rain, the other days were glorious sunshine. Thanks to Dave and Ronnie for allowing us to start in their beautiful place

Lovely Cosy Villa

We like Gocek and have stayed many times, this is by far the best villa we have stayed in, as well as the owner Dave is a pleasure to deal with nothing was too much trouble. The villa has everything you need for like us a couple or a small family. Inside the villa is spotless and tastefully decorated, its location is ideal only being 5 to 10mins walk to the restaurants and shops, Dave also arranged transport from the airport to the villa which all went smoothly. The only negative would be the bbq I enjoy cooking and did all the cooking inside which was not a problem but there is a lovely bbq area at the end of the garden let down by a very small rusty bbq. This was our first time visiting Turkey, & Göcek was the perfect introduction. The marina area is beautiful,peaceful yet full of life,with a great variety of restaurants, bars, & shops all within walking distance of the villa. One of our favourite spots was The Drunken Bee Bar, which we’d highly recommend.A highlight of the trip was the 12 island boat tour, which cost around 30 per person. 8 hour experience with five stops, including lunch. The scenery was stunning, a must-do!The villa, exceeded our expectations. Nestled in a beautiful & peaceful setting,a hidden gem. We fell in love with it the moment we arrived. The garden is stunning, the pool was clean, a great size, we thoroughly enjoyed lazy days relaxing around as a family of four. sunloungers comfortable, & the shaded patio was calming & relaxing.The air con worked well, & the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The Wi-Fi was reliable, & although there was a small BBQ outside, we didn’t get a chance to use it this time.Our hosts, David and Ronnie, were absolutely wonderful. They stayed in touch from start to finish, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Knowing that someone was available made us feel safe & looked after, especially important when visiting for the first time.We used local taxis to explore nearby areas oludenize, Fethiye which were reasonably priced. Overall, we highly recommend this Villa and have already shared it with friends & family. we’d love to return!

Our holiday was originally booked for July 2020 and due to Covid we had to delay until July this year but David was great and very understanding about our change. He was a super host and did every thing he could to help. He provided a lovely welcome pack and arranged the transport between the villa and the airport. The Villa itself was great and provided everything we needed and the pool and garden was kept very clean. The Villa is just a 10 minute walk from Gocek town, which had lots of restaurants, cafes and an array of shop, we were there for 10 days and didn't get bored of nosing in the shops at all. Everyone was very friendly , trusting and helpful. The Sunday market was a lot bigger than we thought and sold anything from fruit and veg to clothes and household bits. We had previously been to Marmaris but Gocek beats it hands down and will definitely be returning to David's villa.

Perfect holiday

We originally booked David's villa back in 2020, however several events conspired against us and we were forced to move the booking multiple times before finally making it in May 2022. To say David was helpful and accomodating about the changes would be an understatement! He went above and beyond helping us rebook for available dates and we are very grateful for it! The villa itself is absolutely great, and the photos really don't do it justice. The pool area is large, with multiple spaces to sunbathe or relax in or out of the sun. The pool was spotless throughout our entire stay and is a great size. Inside the villa everything was very clean and tidy. Had we decided to eat the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Gocek itself is a short 10 minute walk away with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. All in all the stay far exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate in booking again!

All was OK. Simple criticisms: 1) old furniture and utensils. 2) Maintenance of some facilities (especially plumbing) is needed. Gocek is a nice place. The beach is not at a walking distance hence you need a car (nearest beach Inlice is at 12 minutes driving distance)!

Beyond expectations.

The term beyond expectations may seem like a cliche but this place was truly beyond our expectations. That’s probably because neither the pictures nor the description do it enough justice. For a family like ours, looking for some secluded time away from the crowds of other attractions along the Turkish Mediterranean coast like Antalya, this villa was simply perfect. It had enough rooms for the five of us (three kids and two parents) with a good sized garden and pool. The pool looks rather small in the pictures but it’s a decently good size and we spent much of the time in and around it. Thanks to Aydin who came early every morning and made sure that it’s immaculately clean. Should you want to go out for some activities Gokce offers plenty of sightseeing on boat tours, diving etc. The many restaurants along the marina offer a lot of options. Though one might not go to Gokce for its beaches, Calis beach located about 12 miles is worth a visit. If you drive a little further the Oludeniz beach offers one of the most beautiful blue waters and wonderful paragliding experience. In our previous vacations we mainly stayed in the Belek area which definitely has better beaches but if it’s a family time you’re looking for, then Gokce is your place. In general we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and we would definitely stay there if we happen to go to Gokce again.

Fab family time in the villa

Thanks David and Ronnie, we had a great time staying in your villa. The house and pool were immaculate and perfect for spending a week chilling in peace. Pretty much every morning and evening we walked the 5-10mins into Gocek town itself to get breakfast or dinner. Food was very reasonably priced and the waterfront location of most restaurants was stunning. Overall we absolutely loved the villa and area, and can't wait to be able to plan our return!

Just lovely!

This is a lovely villa located in a quiet part of Göcek but within a short walk to the sea front where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped, and the outside area is perfect for lazy days by the pool. We were 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) and at no point did it feel crowded. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A great place to stay!

This was our third visit to Gocek and we had another wonderful holiday. The villa was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with a beautiful, peaceful garden and pool - we loved it. Ideally located, when we managed to drag ourselves away from the villa, it was less than a 10 minute walk into the centre of Gocek with its great selection of restaurants (you really are spoilt for choice), cafes, shops and bars. David, the owner, also kindly helped us organise pick ups for airport transfers and a car hire for part of our holiday. We had a relaxing holiday, totally stress-free. Bliss. Can't wait to return!

Relaxing week away

This villa is exactly what we wanted for a sunshine chilled week away as a couple. Nice and spacious. Advertised exactly as it is. Pool fab. Very near to town and marina. A torch is a must have if you walk back to villa after dark but it's a very short walk up a small hill and a headlamp is provided anyway. Perfect for what we were looking for as it ticked all the boxes 🌞

Gocek Gem

Just returned from David and Ronnie's lovely villa in Gocek. We had a lovely relaxed week in magical surroundings, everything in the villa worked perfectly and gaining access was nice and stress free due to key safe in the porch. The spacious outside areas are perfect for relaxing and wildlife spotting add to that a scrupulously clean pool and five minute stroll into the very friendly town of Gocek it made for a brilliant holiday. The villa was fantastic, very clean, everything worked and an ideal location for a short walk down to the marina and restaurants. We were there at the end of the season so was very quiet, and an ideal place to relax which is exactly what we wanted. We had regular visitors from the local cat population, but they were no trouble at all. My only comment (and its small) is the pool is very deep for small children so just be a little careful. We would definitely come back.

Great location for the town. Comfortable house well equiped. Lovely garden looking at the forest watching the birds. Kitchen well equiped should you feel the desire to cook. Varied resturants in Gocek,excellent meal at Can restaurant and super steak at the mosaic. Quiet friendly town no loud music bars (west was the only one a little loud for our taste) property was clean and excellent contact with the owner.Pool is all one depth. Would stay again, minor critisism shower heads needed descaling with the water to get them to work.A little tlc maybe to fix the broken wardrobe door freshen up the onsuite,but minor minor. Great stay again.

Good location easy walk into Gocek. Well equiped kitchen should you feel the desire to cook. Beautiful garden an view into the forest.Steps down to the villa so take a torch the last step is hard to see.Pool all one depth. Shower heads could do with a little limescale removal shower head in main bathroom didnt work until we gave it a good scrub,due to the water.Villa was clean and tidy conact numbers are on the fridge if needed.Gocek has lots of charm plenty of restaurants and the sunday market always a good morning out. We have stayed twice at this villa and would stay again. The response from the owner is always quick and can arrange transfers if required. Gocek is a short journey from the airport but you have no noise at all. Highly reccomnd Gocek and palm Villa.

Amazing place !

Our 2nd stay at Gocek Palms villa, 5 years on and it was everything we remembered about our first stay: wonderful villa with everything you need, amazing location, fantastic pool and chill out area and gocek is still as wonderful as ever. A few new additions to the villa made the stay even more like a home from home with Apple TV and WiFi installed and the extended outdoor space for that extra time in the sun a welcome addition. Would we come back again ? Absolutely!

My wife and I are UK citizens with 2 teenage kids of 19 and 18. We both work for a living, myself for a large UK bank and my wife for a large restaurant chain. We both look forward to our 2 annual trips to our villa each year as it gives us a chance to get away and relax in the most peaceful of settings. We always wanted a holiday home and Gocek certainly ticks all the boxes for us - Idyllic Setting, friendly people, excellent cuisine, private pool and within walking distance to all the local amenities. I'm a keen gardener and much of the garden design and planting is all my own. I've love Palm Trees and have a number of them planted around the grounds. But don't just take our word for it, we invite you you come and sample the delights of one of Turkey's hidden Gems.

Why they chose this property

The town of Gocek is everything you could wish for when looking for that quiet, peaceful location. We feel in love with the town as soon as we arrived. Friendly people, great restaurants, spectacular views and a wonderful marinas - who could ask for more ? Gocek does not attract the mass tourist market and is perhaps not the best place for a younger crowd who want nightclubs and music bars open until dawn. We found our villa which is just 5 minutes walk from town and made an offer the following day. Since then we have not looked back.

What makes this property unique

The villa is located in a quiet area behind the local Sunday market. It has beautiful views to the forested hillside to the front and to the right the beautiful pink and gold mountain range surrounding Gocek. The villa is close to the main harbour areas and all the cafes and restaurants are a short 5 minute stroll.
