Delightful Villa With Private Pool, and views of the Championship Golf Course

This spacious front line golf villa is located in the El Descanso area of the Fuerteventura Golf Resort, Caleta de Fuste and the nearest beach is only a 10/15 minute walk away, along with the Atlantico Commercial Centre that has a wide range of shops, restaurants, arcades, cinema, bowling alley, casino and bars for you to enjoy. The golf course and 5 star hotel & club house are nearby and include an excellent restaurant. The villa itself benefits from several sun terraces, plenty of room for alfreso dining & comfortable outdoor seating area, all set in pretty landscaped gardens. Artificial grassed area for sunloungers near to the pool. There is a large private pool with roman style steps in sunny south facing aspect to compliment the villa that is stylishly furnished to a extremely high standard throughout and is equipped with every modern convenience to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living room has 2 giant over sized sofas and Includes large screen TV with UK TV channels, BBC1, ITV ect, DVD Player & large selection of DVD's. Ample car parking outside the villa. Covered courtyard feature that includes a secluded barbecue and enclosed dining area. The property is all on one level, with 3 generously sized bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Wifi is available.
Pool Heating included Mid Oct - Mid May extra charge applies outside this time or £70 per week. Air-Conditioning can be added to the booking at a cost of £125 per week.
As the airport is located only 15km away this is the ideal base to relax and enjoy all that the island has to offer.

Amazing stay

The villa was exactly as advertised it was a large villa lots of outdoor space, the pool was lovely used it twice a day all the family had fun in it. Steve was great he cleaned the pool regularly and answered any questions we had . The pool looks onto the golf course but still private . Plenty of local taxis if you didn’t want to walk to town and just 20 minutes transfer from the airport ideal for families. Would certainly recommend and the owner Sian was great with her communication too . Brilliant time add by all.

Another great stay in this fantastic villa

We rarely go back to the same place again but this was our second visit to this beautifully appointed and very large villa, which was perfect for another relaxing getaway in Fuerteventura. It is in a very peaceful location a short distance from the beach / town / nearby shopping centre and it has all the home from home amenities you need, lots of outdoor seating options, as well as a great BBQ area and a lovely heated pool. Highly recommended.

Amazing week away

A fab time had by all, the pool was amazing and the villa was so spacious. The rooftop terrace was lovely in the evenings especially to see all the lights from the view up there. We had a few teething problems but they were addressed so swiftly, Sian responded in a quick manner and had them dealt with. Thanks to Steve for everything.

What a fantastic house and pool. We stayed in the property for a week this included our son who is wheelchair bound. It was a little tricky for the first few steps but nothing we couldn't handle. In side the property was very easy for him to get around and the use of the bathroom. Would highly recommend. Location 5/10 min walk to the bars/shops and beach.

Brilliant Villa

This villa is in a fantastic location for shops and beach. Lovely and clean on arrival and easy check in. The pool is brilliant and had the sun all day until late evening. It is approx 20 min walk into main resort area of Caleta but taxis are super efficient and no more that €5 each way. This is a real chill out villa in a really quiet location. The air conditioning really helped in the evenings in the bedrooms and was much appreciated. All in all a fantastic villa and a pleasure to deal with the management staff. Many Thanks.

Large, comfortable property in peaceful location

This is a great villa right on the edge of the golf course, on a peaceful development that is a walkable into town and the many restaurants and cafes there in around 20 minutes. We really enjoyed the large pool all week, which was heated to a lovely temperature, essential to make it useable when travelling in March. We also enjoyed the various outdoor seating areas and BBQ. Inside the property is larger than we expected and nicely furnished and decorated which made for a very comfortable and relaxed home from home week away in the Feurte sunshine. The villa is only around 15 mins drive from the airport and so a car is not essential though we found ours was handy for nipping to the nearby supermarket and for a couple of days out away from the resort. Proximity to the airport does mean you will see and hear planes, though not constantly nor directly overhead and we soon got used to them, and otherwise the villa is very peaceful. We were also pleasantly surprised at the amount of interesting birds that came into and around the garden area, so any keen birders should take their cameras and binoculars. Overall highly recommended!

The photos do not do this villa justice. The villa is amazing. Really spacious, fantastic outside and in. Beds were very comfy. Huge bathrooms. Lovely big pool and roof terrace. Facilites great. Didn’t feel it was missing anything. Steve met us at the villa and made the check in process easy.

Perfect villa

From beginning to end the villa stay was pefect. Communication and check in was great. There was lots of outdoor space and plenty of lougers with big comfy cushions on them . Even though it was june we still paid extra for the pool to be heated and that was just nice. The air con in the villa was also extra but we certainly needed it. There was lots of books and DVD s there if needed. The kitchen had everything you needed but the oven lay out was a bit tricky so you need to be very careful when using it. Its a 10 minute walk to the spar in the atlantico centre, there is a taxi rank there and its only 2.60 back to the villa with your shopping . I would highly recommend the villa . We had a wonderful time .

We loved our time in the villa. Good location for shops and only a short drive to the town centre. We all enjoyed the pool and the fact that it was heated too. Also love the fact there was a washing machine too makes the post holiday laundry so much easier! Thank you for letting us use you holiday home

Steve was there to meet us at the villa, which was absolutely stunning, everything there that you need, really comfy beds & a lovely big warm pool.The distance to Calleta De Fuste was around a 20/25 minute walk & we did end up getting taxis which were only 4.50. I would highly recommend this villa

Great Villa, great location

Much larger than pictures show, super comfy beds and good showers. Great location to walk into Caleta town & the Atlantico. So quiet except for the odd golfer going by. Lovely to have pool heated. Sun beds & outside furniture all super comfy too. Had a very enjoyable 10 days here.

Large, peaceful Villa with lovely pool and gardens

We had a great week in this well-equipped villa - set in a very peaceful location in a residential area on the edge of the golf course. The outside facilities are superb - pool was warm enough to swim early March, plenty of sun loungers with cushions, outdoor dining and pretty gardens. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super-comfy. Kitchen has everything you need, but you'd have to get some of the basics in (cleaning cloths, toilet roll, tea, etc) from the shops which are about a 15 minute walk away. A short walk of about 15/20 minutes you'll find all the livelier bars and restaurants, but the villa is so calm and comfortable that it's a real pleasure just to stay home and relax - and British TV too!Sian was happy to answer any queries and get the booking sorted for us, and after a quick phone call when we landed, Steve was there to meet us at the villa with the keys - no problems at all. Look forward to going back some time.

Bigger than expected

We had a lovely week in this villa. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it had everything you need for self catering and in reality the rooms are much bigger than they look in the photos. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, two of which were aged 18 months and 3 years and they loved having enough space to run around in. The pool was heated (in November) which was great for the kids but my only criticism is the lack of a hand rail by the steps. The first step down is extremely deep and as I am very short I needed the support from someone to help me get in and out of the pool. My only other criticism is that there is a large roof terrace which could be put to better use if there were sun loungers or table and chairs up there as the views, both during the day and at night are fantastic. The beach, shopping centre and restaurants are a 20 minute walk away or 5 minutes by car and with the villa being right next to the golf course not only is it peaceful but you get a great view, together with the odd golf ball. We hope to return next year but for longer next time.

Perfect spot

The villa is fabulous. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a visit from a friendly cat. Steve the property manager is a lovely guy, who welcomed us warmly and helped 2 dotty old Scottish ladies with a hot water issue (us turning the taps the wrong way!) with grace and humour. Happy to recommend the villa, the pool is fab, warm and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic Villa 5 Stars plus

We had the most amazing time staying at this villa, it had everything we needed. The villa is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious, has amazing eating areas inside and out, was immaculately clean and the pool was heated and a great size. It all went so smoothly, we were looked after the whole time with helpful messages and being greeted on arrival. Will definitely book again in the future thank you.
