Villa Let on Golf Resort, heated pool at an extra Cost, Free Wi-Fi & Free A/C

Please Note: Villa prices are based on 4 persons. Additional guests are charged at £49/week. Children under 2 years are free. We offer a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.

We would recommend to all our guests to take a travel insurance with Covid-19 cover.

Included in the price of your rental:

Air-conditioning.
High-speed Wifi (>200 Mbps);
Arrival Pack – Water, milk, coffee & sugar.
For stays 11+ days – complimentary mid-stay clean, together with linen and towel change. Please note that fresh beach towels will not be included.

Location:
Quiet location overlooking the second fairway of the championship golf course;
Walking distance to nearby shopping centre, supermarket and beaches;
Restaurants and bars of Caleta de Fuste can be reached by foot or by a short taxi ride.

Facilities:
Swimming Pool – 8m x 4m, Depth: 1.5m (pool heating to maintain a temperature of
28 degrees available at a charge of £140/week

TV – Wall mounted TV, with internet TV with lots of UK channels. We also have Netflix, but you need your own account to lock in and please don't forget to lock out before your departure.
You Tube and we also have an blue Ray/DVD player.

Bluetooth speaker with Google Assistant and access to Spotify;


Roof terrace – sun loungers and seating area with magnificent views out to sea and
the hills behind. An ideal area to enjoy a ‘Sun Downer’.

One of the unique benefits of the villa is that the pool is located on the southside of the villa, which therefore shelters it from the prevailing wind, making lounging around the pool considerably warmer and more comfortable!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before you leave, please bring the outdoor cushions into the hall or living room. If you have used the clothed airer or sun umbrella during your stay please return them into the utility room.
If you have lots of dishes we'd appreciate it if you could run the dishwasher the evening before departure.It helps everything is properly cleaned.Breakfast dishes can be left running before you leave
BBQ If you use the BBQ please clean the grill while it is still hot using the grill brush. This makes it much easier to remove food residue. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping indoors. £200 cleaning fee Exact guest count must match booking. Undeclared or extra guests result in cancellation without refund.
Avoid staining bedding furniture with sun cream, oils or fake tan or blood (fee £150). Report damage immediately.
If appliances, water or pool issues occur repairs will be arranged ASAP but refunds arrant provided.

Why they chose this property

In  2012 we went to Furteventura for the first time  and we really enjoyed our holiday.  The weather on the island is pleasant throughout the year and the flights are manageable with younger ones.

So...we ended up being proud owners of a villa in Fuerteventura.

We get a lot out of our time in there and we hope we have created a beautiful and tranquil place which we hope our guest equally enjoy.
