Soller villa holiday

Really relaxing stay. Villa/pool great. Great location just above Soller - nice walk in and out of the town - uphill on the way back so need to be able to walk if doing that. All in all very enjoyable.

Lovely house in a great location

We were a group of 5 adults and our 5 year old daughter. The house and grounds are beautiful, even nicer than it looks on the website. The mountain views from the house are amazing and yet it is just a short walk to the square (uphill on the way back but not too difficult). Soller is so beautiful and it is easy to get to the port/beach by tram or bus. Marta and all at the property company were really helpful and great to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Söller mountain-side villa with pool

Excellent property with great views and a fantastic pool. Having a pool all to ourselves was brilliant; we used it at all times of the day and evening! We walked down to Söller village centre quite a few times which was great; the walk back is quite steep but manageable. A small car is recommended.... the streets around Söller are very narrow and you need to drive through these streets to get to the property. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful view over Soller and mountains.

Very nice house with beautiful view, nice terrasse and pool, nice garden, all in all a perfect house to spend a holliday. The house was very nice furnished, maybe a new table on the terrasse soon will be necessary. The cooking knifes in the kitchen could be better, but were usable. We where very satisfied with our stay. Family trip to Sóller

A wonderful house in quiet beautiful surroundings located in the mountains. Only 15 minutes by foot up hill from the center of Sóller. The pool was nice and clean as were the house. The design of the house is very Spanish and the outdoor kitchen was fabulous. Very cozy both inside and outside. The view from the terrass and from the kitchen was amazing. On the top of the House there is a wonderful rooftop. From both the terrass, the kitchen and the rooftop there is a great view to Sóller and Port De Sóller. If possible we will return to this house.

Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es hatte alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Pool war toll, leider für uns nicht mehr so warm aufgrund vom Wetter aber er wurde trotzdem genutzt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und auch die Badezimmer sind gross. Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft. Auch zu Fuss ist man schnell unten im Dorf und der Weg zum hochlaufen ist sehr gut machbar auch mit Kinderwagen. Wir hatten tolle Ferien.

Huset ligger bare så smukt på kanten af bjerget og med den skønneste udsigt!Bare indkørslen med palmer, stenbede, bassin mv. er en oplevelse i sig selv. Stemningen i og omkring huset er enestående hyggelig og der var super rent overalt. Selv ude lå der ikke et eneste blad under de smukke trimmede træer og poolen med ude bruser, var rigtig dejlig i varmen. Vi var der sidst i 2018 og huset virker lige så friskt som dengang. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt!

Great location on the hill looking down to Soller and Puerto de Soller in the distance.The pool is a good size with ample sun loungers and perfect for a morning swim or to cool down in the afternoon.The house is a good size with plenty seating both indoors and outdoors. It is easy to walk into Soller for shopping and restaurants, although quite a steep walk back up the hill. We received great communication and help with any questions from Mallorcan dream homes.We had a lovely relaxing week in the house enjoying the views and listening to and seeing the Palma - Soller restored trains passing by on the opposite hill.

Beautiful villa with a great view over the town and mountains. Town is a 10-15 minute walk away but uphill on the way back which does help to burn off the tapas! Pool was great. Kids aged 6 and 12 loved everything about the villa. Check and check out was seamless although you do have to collect / drop the keys at the opposite side of town. Soller was a brilliant town and the villa is recommended.

Mixed feelings

The villa is beautiful and well equipped and the pool area is excellent, but the 10 minute (probably a little more) to the centre of Soller is a steep downhill walk down and therefore a steep hill on the return journey. This was not suitable for our son who has some mobility issues and had that been mentioned in the listing we would not have booked. It meant that we stayed in for much of the week. We were disappointed that there was no information folder in the villa giving details of local restaurants, taxis, shops, bins etc which is unusual and is something we have always had in 20 years of renting villas.A basic welcome pack of milk/water etc was not offered or given either and is always much appreciated.Driving around Soller is difficult due to the extremely narrow streets and impromptu road closures, but it is a gorgeous place. The photo is the view from the pool.

Great location, wonderful views of Soller and the surrounding mountains. Short 10-12 minute walk into the center of Soller for restaurants and shops. Uphill walk from the town so may not be suitable for everyone, but it's easy to get a taxi from the town. The property was very clean, rooms are good sized. Kitchen was well equipped for 6 people. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely villa in a beautiful location

This is a well appointed villa in a quiet location with lovely views over Soller and down to the coast. There were only two of us so we did not test the facilities to the limit. We stayed just over a week at the beginning of October so the days were shorter and the sun did not get over the hills until after 10. This meant that the unheated swimming pool was refreshing - some may say decidedly chilly. The previous weeks storms had bought mosquitoes so we made greater use of the inside space than expected. Soller is a lovely little town and within easy walking distance and a good starting point for many walks over to Deia and along the valley to Fornalutx. It's narrow streets are quite challenging to drive through but it became easier when we realised that there were mirrors located at blind corners. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Perfekte Finca für einen (Erwachsenen-) Familienurlaub mit Strand und wandern. Mietwagen würde ich sehr empfehlen. Je nach Verträglichkeit aber im September ein Mückendesaster.

Beautiful Villa

Loved our stay at this lovely Villa with an amazing pool looking out over beautiful Soller and the sea beyond. A perfect pool for keeping cool on the hot days and pool loungers very comfortable. Enjoyed the peace up in the hills while being a short walk down to the town where you find lots of cafes, restaurants and quaint streets to explore. Loved hearing the mountain train across the valley too. The villa was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Hope to visit back one day, thanks so much Mallorca Dream Homes! Check in was clockwork and excellent communication.

The View!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. Perfect palce to relax and explore the souroundings of Soller. Having our dinner with the mountains and the sky as our neigbour was fantastic.

Tolles Haus mit Schwachstellen

Das Haus und die Lage sind toll - da gibt es nichts zu diskutieren. Ein paar Anmerkungen möchte ich dennoch gerne machen: wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Küche/Wohnzimmer und Flur mit Kameras ausgerüstet sind. Wir haben die Kameras abgedeckt, hätten aber im Vorfeld erwartet, dass man auf diese Art der Überwachung verzichtet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist leider gar nicht unser Fall gewesen. Geschmackssache - vermutlich. Die Betten gehören jedenfalls zu den ungemütlichsten Betten, die wir jemals im Urlaub erlebt haben. Schade. An alle Mieter, die noch kommen: erwärmt euch bitte für die kleine, alte Katze, die offenbar ihren Lebensabend vor dem Haus fristet (sie betritt das Haus nicht). Eine Packung Katzenfutter kostet im Eroski Supermarkt nur 50 Cent. Pro Tag eine Portion. Wenn die Betten nicht wären, würden wir das Objekt nochmal mieten wollen. Saludos!
