For a relaxing getaway with friends or family, our beach house is the perfect place. Our well maintained home is close to everything – the beach, nearby parks, and our historic downtown. Just 3 short blocks to the beach, with plenty of space indoors and out to relax and enjoy. Our fully-equipped 4+ bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for your next getaway.

With so many activities in the historic community throughout the year – Manasquan is the perfect place to visit ANY time of the year! Even order groceries ahead of time and have them delivered with Fresh Direct.

Manasquan has it all. Stroll along the beachwalk and enjoy the waves, or head into town for shopping, dining, or the theater. Pickleball courts nearby.
When you're ready to venture out, Manasquan is a great 'home base' to explore the Jersey Shore. The historic downtown has lots to offer, as do the neighboring seashore villages. New York City is just over an hour North, and Atlantic City is 1 ½ hours south. Or visit the nearby horse farms and pick your own farms to experience the best of fall. Don’t forget a trip to the nearby outlets too!

Our home sleeps 12-14 comfortably. Walk in and enjoy all the comforts of home. Our home includes a number of “kid friendly” features (a high chair, toys, pack n play). We are just 3 blocks to the beach. The house has cable, streaming, wireless internet access, smart TV's, an outdoor gas grill, two level deck, outdoor shower, and fully quipped kitchen and laundry room. This home is perfect for relaxing. Rental includes 8 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrella, and assorted toys for beach.

Linen policy: Renters are responsible for washing all used linens & towels prior to check out. If you prefer to use our laundry service there is an additional fee of $125. Local linen services are also available and can be arranged at time of booking.

Memorial Day weekend family get together

Our stay, although cut short due to family illness, was perfect. The proximity to the beach and town was great. It was a lively weekend with a lot happening in the area. Would definitely return again.

Great space for families

Our stay was quick, but we enjoyed it. The property was close to the beach. Plenty of space for families both inside and out. It was very clean. The bathrooms were wonderful . Furniture, cabinets, and bedding could use a little bit of love.

Family Weekend

We spent MDW in Manasquan this year. This house was all we wanted it to be. Great location and plenty of room for 6 kids & 6 adults. The host Rory is very responsive and easy to contact with questions about the property. We will definitely be back!!

It is a very comfortable house at a convenient location. Has good outdoor space with a very nice back deck and yard partially shaded with an awning and lots of space for eating and lounging. The front deck porch is also very pleasant the bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. The owner was very accessible and responsive. The kitchen could use a tad updating but it was totally functional. We very much enjoyed our stay. The garage was very clean and had a the foosball a mnd ping-pong table and beach chairs and bicycles that were very inviting

Great beach getaway

Rented the property last minute to get away for the long weekend. Rory was very helpful and easy to communicate with. House is beautiful, very spacious, central located and well kept. Five minute walk from the beach and main drag. Gorgeous and well maintained beach. Would highly recommend and we plan to come back!

Fantastic Home with Great Amenities

This is a great vacation property for anyone looking to stay in Manasquan. The house had great spaces for our family and guests to hang out. It also has so many extra's like bikes, beach chairs, a ping pong table and more. It felt like there was something for everyone. Rory, the host, was also fantastic and quick to help us with any questions that we had.

Great Experience

This is a great property for a get together! The property was very clean. The porch outside was great and had plenty of seats for everyone! The house had plenty of space for a large group. We were walking distance from the beach, so we were able to walk from the beach to the house easily. Rory was a great communicator and made sure our stay was wonderful! I would definitely book this property again in the future!

Fantastic Family Weekend

This house was absolutely perfect for my large family. It fit 14 comfortably and the location was amazing. We could walk to everything, including the beach which was the best part! Rory was very available for any questions or needs we had which is a first in our many years of renting. The outdoor decks and seating made it hard to even want to leave. The awning was the cherry on top. Extremely comfortable and certainly set up for entertaining. This house is a gem and I highly recommend it for anyone staying at the Jersey shore.

rory beach house

convenient...a short 2 block walk to the sand. Badges were provided. The A/C was a blessing as temps were in the high 80's all week. Bedrooms were as described and perfect for the 13 of us. Plenty of games and beach toys provided. 5 bicycles also provided, and got a lot of use. Kitchen had all the dishes and appliances we needed. Overall, a perfect family beach house.

Perfect for our family

We had a great time! We were in town for a celebration of life party that took place at the salty whale- it was the perfect location for us. Lots of beds and plenty of room. Only complaints would be lack of lighting. It was a gray and rainy weekend so everything seemed dark and there weren’t enough lights to turn on. We also brought coffee beans, hoping there would be a coffee grinder since it was listed as provided, but unfortunately it was not. Also a little disappointed that it was an additional $125 for linens to be cleaned. We paid it to have more time to visit before our departure. All in all it was a great stay and we’d highly recommend. Rory was so easy and pleasant to work with. Thank you!!

Manasquan in September

Renting Rory’s house for a long weekend in September with family and friends was a wonderful time. The house was in a great location (~5 min walk to the beach), the backyard was great for lounging and relaxing and the house itself was well kept and perfect for our group. Great house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our size party. We had 6 adults and 4 children under 12 years old. There were plenty of beds and space for all. We enjoyed using the grill and eating outdoors on the patio and enjoying a morning coffee or sunset drink on the front porch. The location is very convenient to the beach. In 5 minutes I was putting up the umbrella and sitting in my beach chair. The owner was very responsive to any questions that came up. I would highly recommend this house.

We live and work near New York City. We love spending time at the New Jersey shore whenever we can. We grew up going to the Jersey shore, and wanted our family and friends to have the same special memories we have.

Why they chose this property

We were married in Manasquan and purchased the house here because we love the proximity and pace of the area. We can walk to the beach, or nearby parks. Yet we are less than a 5 minute drive to downtown where you can find shopping, live theater and all types of dining. We are within 20 minutes of an aquarium, rides, shopping outlets, golf, and horse country.
