This cosy duplex apartment sleeps 4/5 and is situated very close to ski lifts, shops, restaurants etc.

The apartment consists of a main living area, comprising a lounge (TV, DVD, Chromecast), dining/kitchen area (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine etc.), and separate WC.

The upstairs consists of a mezzanine sleeping area (king-size bed), a separate room with bunk beds, and a bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC).

Wifi is provided.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a three-storey building and has a balcony overlooking the Verdon river.

La Foux d'Allos is a family-friendly ski station, offering 39 pistes and connections to the nearby Le Seignus and Pra Loup resorts.

Val d'Allos is a haven for hiking and mountain biking. Chairlifts operate at Allos in summer months for mountain bike descents, or for anyone looking to enjoy stunning views.

An outdoor leisure park, offering swimming, tennis, tree-top/zip-wire adventure, skateboarding etc., is just a short (5 minute) drive away.

Tennis courts are located 50 metres from the building and are available to rent (€10 per hour), and a children's' play park is just a short walk away.

The "Verdon Express" (downhill roller-coaster) operates throughout the summer.

L’appartement est agréable et accueillant. Il était chauffé pour notre arrivée avec un panier d’accueil. Nous avons par erreur laissé les clés dans l’appartement et fermés la porte. Duncan s’est rendu disponible et a pu nous dépanner à notre grand soulagement. Je recommande pr le lieu très pratique et pour l’hôte.

Le propriétaire au top il n était pas sur place lors de notre arrivé mais il ns à guide parfaitement par téléphone. Et dans l appartement un petit panier ns attendais merci bcp à Mr ducan Ns recommandons vivement

Magnifique appartement, fonctionnel juste à côté du télésiège Labrau, proche du centre ce qui permet chaque jour d’acheter le nécessaire à pied et de pouvoir récupérer facilement les enfants à l’ESF. Le propriétaire Duncan est très agréable et serviable. Un panier garni est toujours à disposition à l’arrivée ce qui est fortement appréciable. Deuxième année notre famille de 4 reste enchantée

Un grand Merci à Duncan pour l accueil personnalisé et sa gentillesse. L appartement est très agréable, très propre, bien aménagé, bien équipé, fonctionnel et sans vis à vis. On y trouve tout le nécess pour y passer de bonnes vacances, de plus il est très bien situé et au calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La région est magnifique (randonnées, parc de loisirs, visites, luge d été...) et de nombreuses activités sont proposées par l office du tourisme. Les habitants sont très accueillants et conviviaux. Les enfants ont adoré et avaient du mal à partir! Merci Duncan d être aussi attentionné et sympathique, ça devient rare ! Christophe et Cécile

On a été mon épouse et moi , enchantés par nos relations avec Duncan , le propriétaire de l'appartement que nous lui avons loué A LAFOUX. Très aimable , à disposition , la petite touche pour l'accueil etc... De plus la propreté de l,appartement et l'appartement lui même était impeccables. La seule réserve , si tant est que cela en soit une , réside dans l'accès aux chambres , un peu étroit et "pentu" pour une personne âgée
