Perfect for a quiet break

Lovely villa in a quiet location with spectacular views of the tramuntana. Great base for walking or just chilling.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
We had to pay for a cleaning service, yet we had dirty table cloths, dirty cutlery, saucepans and utensils, which we had to wash before we could use. The pool was barely used due to it turning increasingly green. There was so much greenery overhanging the pool, it was constantly full of debris and bugs. We saw the pool cleaned once after we arrived and then on the day before we were departing, the cleaners were frantically throwing bags and bags of salt in, presumably to try and clear the algae. The outside sunbeds needed a good clean, so again, they weren't used. A lovely area to stay, but the villa certainly wasn't what we paid for.

Nice house in need of love and care

Villa Florida is a cute house with a nice location with beautiful sourrondings but the maintenance of the house and garden is very poor. Furniture and textiles worn out and kitchen not equipped. Pretty much dirt and sand on the bottom of the pool. All flowers and bushes outside dry and withered so does not give a nice feeling. We loved the oranges! A lot on the floor rotten for birds to eat also... There was no welcome letter or any written information about for example wifi, lights for the outside, A/C etc. A big problem before coming was to pay by card to VRBO/Yupi homes. In the end I had to make a bank transfer for the damage deposit which I have not received back yet. So overall, this house could be a supernice place for the small family but needs attention, some new furniture and a lot more love and care both inside and outside.
