We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the villa. The location was perfect, tucked away, quiet and beautiful. Nice pool! We loved the visiting goats and cat. The only thing we missed was a greener, more cared for garden. Maybe there are water restrictions in place, a lot of plants were dead or close to dying.

We had a really lovely stay here. The villa was close to the old town and the beach (by car), though we spent most of the week at the villa just relaxing by the pool! The hosts were great at keeping in touch with us and we had a lovely welcome pack on arrival! We hope to be back again!

Fantastic Stay

We spent a full week at this lovely house. We enjoyed the great garden, pool and quiet surroundings. The house is located near Pollença Harbor which is worth to visit for both eating, strolling and bathing. Highly recommended house and location

Wonderful apartment in nature

Charming oasis and exceptional hosts!!

This was such a beautiful VRBO with the most amazing hosts! They had a few treats that were bery much appreciated. We loved that this is a multi generational home. The craftsmenship and details of the house are also so stunning and makes a very unique stay. There's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy and great for families. This stay went truly above all of our expectations! This is a 5 stars across the board!!

Heavenly and magical oasis

Beautiful Villa in tranquil setting

We had a wonderful week at Rafa and Joana's lovely villa in the semi rural area of La Font, set in a peaceful location yet close enough to be able to walk into Pollenca old town (35 minutes) and a very short drive to the Supermarket and the Port. We arrived late at night and we were overwhelmed by the generosity of the hosts making sure that we had plenty of food and drinks in the fridge and a bowl full of fruit. Highly recommended, we will definitely be staying again.

Fabulous villa

We have stayed at 3 different villas in Mallorca now and this was definitely our favourite. As other reviewers have said, the location is great - far enough out to be quiet and feel safe and close enough for regular trips into Pollenca or to the coast. What made this villa stand out for us, was how well equipped it was, the exceedingly generous welcome food and drinks and how helpful the owners were when we needed it. Thank you Joana and family for looking after us so well.

Wonderful Stay

Thank you to our hosts Rafael and Joana. Our family had a fantastic stay at your beautiful, well equipped villa. Everything was perfect. We also appreciated your very personal touches, meeting us in person and stocking the fridge with milk, bread, wine, beer and lots of necessities topped off with a lovely bowl of fruit. My two sons had great fun in your pool, definitely a highlight.

Fantastic Villa

We had a one week stay here and loved the place. Very spacious, the check in process was v straightforward. Excellent communication with the Villa manager who was very friendly. The team had laid out some food and drinks for us on arrival which was a fantastic touch. The location is excellent - shopping centre for supplies only down the road and the main beach is only 10 mins away by car. The pool is large and the garden is lovely including nice BBQ area. We would happily come back to this villa again.

Perfect location, green and quiite.

Lovely house with a lot of space in the garden and indoor. Clean and tidy. Perfect pool. The pictures tell the trooth🤗! We preferred to stay at the house in the evenings and enjoy making food. Everything worked perfect. And the sweet cat helt us with company….

Super stay in this beautiful finca. We had bikes but without these you would need a car. Gorgeous bike rides into Pollensa & Alcudia, along quiet lttle lanes. Beautiful beaches & lots of restaurants/bars.The finca has a gorgeous pool,enjoyed by all. We had a lovely warm welcome from the hosts with generous welcome goodies.One thing that would have been really been helpful would have been for the finca to have a name plate at the gate. Taxi had great difficulty finding property. Due to no name & slight confusion about the address.

Superb villa, warm welcome.

A truly wonderful villa in extended beautiful gardens, with excellent facilities and a perfect pool. Our welcome was extremely warm and included a lovely touch of pre-stocking the fridge with some essentials for our first night. Communications throughout with the family were excellent and they responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay about restaurants, directions etc. Ten minutes drive to both Pollença and Puerto Pollença and just five minutes to multiple supermarkets. A 10/10 villa and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful Villa!

Hosts, Rafael and his wife were charming and very informative. The villa is really lovely and extremely well equipped - more like your own home than a rental. On arrival the kitchen was stocked with an abundance of complimentary food and drink which we so appreciated. The villa is on the outskirts of Pollenca in a quiet, rural, area but only a few minutes drive to the Eroski supermarket. We, (three generations of a family) had a tremendous week and really enjoyed the pool, the villa and in fact the whole of Mallorca. Thank you so much.

What a great place!!

We spent 2 great weeks in this wonderful house. What you see on the pictures is what you get and we all thought it was absolutely perfect. The house has everything you could possibly want, the location, close to Polleca is amazing, the garden is great, there is more than enough shadow for the hot days, the pool is great and the beds are really good. We were with a family of 5. There was more than enough space for all of us. It's the sort of place you really want to return to! Thank you Joana and Rafael for your kindness and support!!

Lovely tranquil stay

The property is spacious and well maintained. The owner's communication was faultless and the welcome pack very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility offered at this villa. The garden makes for a lovely rural setting, with the occasional visit from local goats. There's no a/c in the living area which made it stifling but the large ceiling fans helped. I think light curtains to block out the sun would help. We mainly sat outside with plenty of citronella and repellent! A/c in bedrooms was appreciated, if a little noisy.

Lovely relaxing vacation

A wonderful villa nestled in a quiet area but within waking distance of Pollenca town (20 mins) and a 5-10 minute drive to the Port. The hosts were extremely welcoming and informative . We were particularly impressed by the drinks, fresh fruits, bread, eggs etc left for us on arrival for our first breakfast. It was a small touch that meant a great deal after a long and tiring journey. The property was as expected and the gardens are mature, secluded and full of wildlife - we also have a number of cats and goats visiting us throughout the day . We did not use the pool as much as we wanted to but that was partly due to the weather. However it was a decent size and there were plenty of comfortable sun loungers too. We particularly appreciated the variety of places to have drink outside in the mornings and the evenings. A wonderful relaxing stay - thank you .

All perfekt!

We had a great time at this beautiful finca. When we arrived at the house in the late evening, we were welcomed by Rafael, who showed us around. As a nice surprise the fridge was filled with beverages and food, wine and fruits. The house is very spacious and everyone has enough privacy. There are some steps even on the ground floor so the house is not suitable for people with walking disability. The finca is surrounded by the beautiful and quiet garden with lots of opportunities to sit in the sun or shaded. Pollença itself is a short drive away and a nice little town with shops and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant is La Braseria close to the finca. Delicious food and good wine. At the Agromart you find local products and biological brands. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare your own meals. For us, the house and the surrounding were the right choice and we would like to come back. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Pollença Villa

This villa surpassed all our expectations and provided an unforgettable home for our first-ever trip to Mallorca, spanning nearly two weeks. Its location is excellent, offering a tranquil atmosphere while remaining easily accessible by car to various nearby towns, restaurants, shops, and beaches. As avid travelers, we were blown away by the level of kitchen equipment provided, making it the most well-equipped kitchen we have ever encountered in a vacation home. The hosts even went above and beyond by stocking the kitchen with groceries and fresh local produce, which was a delightful touch. The property itself is beautifully maintained and lush, while the layout of the home is spacious and well-designed. If I could, I would give it ten stars without hesitation. For fellow US travelers, I want to provide a few insights for planning purposes, although these points in no way diminish my five-star rating and glowing review. Firstly, it's worth noting that the washing machine is smaller compared to standard machines in the US or even in Europe, so keep this in mind when packing. Similarly, the air conditioning units are splits and located only in the three bedrooms, not in the common spaces. There are also temperature limitations and timers for the air conditioning, so it's wise to plan accordingly. We found that using one of the floor fans provided at the property helped us stay comfortable during our stay, especially since we tend to feel warmer while sleeping. Once again, I recommend planning ahead to ensure your comfort. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay at this villa again in a heartbeat. My heartfelt thanks go to Joana, Rafael, and their entire team for their exceptional management of vacation homes. They truly know how to create an incredible experience for their guests!
