Beautiful villa with spectacular pool, gardens and views

5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms set in the heart of the Grasse countryside.

This spacious, beautifully renovated Mas has breathtaking views of the hills towards Magagnosc. Located on the outskirts of the perfume capital of Grasse this property provides an excellent holiday base to explore some of the very best Riviera destinations within a short drive. It can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms. Valbonne is just 12 minutes drive, with Opio and Chateauneuf de Grasse close by.

The house is surrounded by spectacular landscaped gardens with plenty of space to sun bath or sit in the cool shade under one of the many palm or olive trees, one of which is 800 years old.

The property is fully fenced with an electronic gate at the entrance and easy parking for 4-5 cars. There is a large pool of 14x6m and a lovely terrace for alfresco dining and drinks. There are plenty of sun loungers and sitting areas around the property and for the more energetic there's a tennis court and ping pong.

The interiors have been tastefully decorated and all newly renovated. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and french doors opening onto the terrace with views over the gardens and hills. Downstairs there is also a dining room and a lovely spacious living room along with two ensuite bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have french doors opening onto the garden and lovely outside sitting areas.

The living room has an open fire, french doors into the garden, satellite TV and DVD plus a games machine to keep the kids happy.

On the first floor there are 3 more ensuite bedrooms with air conditioning each accessed by its own staircase.

Master 1: A lovely romantic bedroom with a four-poster kingsize bed (160cm) and doors opening onto a Juliet balcony with stunning views over the pool and gardens. Could fit an additional single bed and cot to accommodate a family. Lovely ensuite bathroom with standalone bath and walk in shower.

Master 2: Has a kingsize bed (160cm) and lovely bathroom with standalone bath and walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a large bathroom with standalone bath and walk in shower.

The villa is a perfect get-away within easy reach of many lovely villages and towns. The area has some wonderful restaurants and the market in Valbonne on Friday mornings is always great fun! Just a 20 minute drive to the coast around Antibes and 25 minutes to Nice airport.

Inspiring and Relaxing!

A wonderful away-from-it-all haven. Amazing views, loads of space, a beautiful pool, wonderful gardens. At least as good as it looks ok the pictures. Close to Grasse (and the airport) but super-tranquil. Great place for a family group, but you can see how it would work well for groups of friends as well. An amazing property with fantastic views

First impressions of this property is "wow" - my 9 year old nephew called it "paradise" on arrival! The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pool is 14m - a great size and plus inflatables by the pool which were all used! (possibly left by previous guests) There are tennis racquets and balls and table tennis rackets/balls and petanque sets. The pool area has plenty of seating and a cd player. Other outside seating was great. Easy parking for up to 4 cars on the drive. Inside, the bedroom layout was perfect as both families had their own staircase with a bedroom on each level. (Grandparents in the master bedroom). (Bathroom towels and pool towels provided) There were fans in every bedroom and mosi shields on some of the upstairs bedroom windows. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need and there is a also bbq outside. Useful information for future guests. We found when driving out - taking the road up from the property rather than down was the best route as has more passing places. We recommend the "Petit Train" in Grasse as a good way to get your bearings. Convenient parking in the central Indigo car-park next to the perfume museum (14 min drive) We also caught the Train from Grasse which takes you to Monaco and all the coastal stops in between. (station parking free - 12 min drive) Supermarkets are recommended by the owners - we found the "Casino" which was 6 mins away had everything we needed. We also visited the sweet factory - "Confisieres Florian" on the last day - just a 15min drive into the hills (near gorges du loop) with fantastic scenery on the way. An entertaining English guided tour (20mins) including tastings and a great shop. Nice Airport - 40min drive Grasse - 13 min drive Antibes - 40 min drive Nice Town Centre - 50 minute drive

family reunion

Wij vonden dit een zeer mooi huis, met 5 mooie slaapkamers (spijtig dat er in 2 slaapkamers geen airco was) en een goed uitgeruste keuken.De zeer mooie tuin, petanqueterrein en goed onderhouden zwembad viel erg in onze smaak.Wij hebben hier een prachtige vakantie gehad.Het domein is zeer rustig gelegen, niet te ver van Grasse en de nodige winkels (leclerc, bakker..).Christine heeft ons ook zeer goed geholpen, waarvoor dank.Proficiat aan de eigenaars voor dit mooie, gezellige domein.

Relax in beautiful setting

Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Toller Kontakt zu den Vermietern und den Hausbetreuern. Wir waren vom Kleinkind bis zu den Erwachsenen alle sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub. Das Haus war nicht ganz so sauber wie wir es gewohnt sind, aber völlig in Ordnung. Mussten hie und da etwas nachputzen. Ansonsten sehr geschmackvoll renoviert.

Wonderful Anniversary celebration

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. It feels very remote and secluded but in reality it is about 30 minutes from Nice Airport and 10 minutes from a fabulous supermarket. The views from the terrace are a delight. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are well presented and the kitchen very well equipped. We cooked in every night sharing the responsibility amongst 4 couples. The pool is warm and a very good size for proper swimming, not just splashing about. The property managers were very helpful and unobtrusive. We would love to return one day.

High quality house with plenty of space. Bathrooms and beds just wonderful. Outdoor seating and eating areas a joy. Pool, tennis , table tennis, boules all thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely hill top villages to visit, and Antibes, Valbonne, Monaco all well worth a visit. Car essential, but shops and bakery only 6 minute drive. Only downside were the mosquitoes!

Rent og velholdt hus. Alt er bare i orden. Stort udenomsareal med plads til bordtennis, petanque og tennisbane. Mange hyggekroge rundt om i haven. Spiseplads lige udenfor køkkenet. Poolen skal gøres helt ren og der skal noget sand i petanque banen hvis jeg skal pointere noget.

We had high expectations....and they were exceeded

We were so fortunate to stay at this beautiful house in this heavenly part of the world. The house is even nicer than in the photos. It effectively has 3 master bedrooms so you don’t have to squabble over who gets the “best” room. The grounds are tranquil and pretty. The scents coming from the lavender and the various tree barks was better than any fragrance being sold in nearby Grasse. It was a very peaceful location but, within 10 minutes, you could be at an outstanding supermarket (Leclerc) where you could enjoy all the specialities of French cuisine. Joanne and Justin were so responsive and helpful and Trevor and Jeanette, the local property managers, were unobtrusive but also super helpful if you needed anything. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your little piece of paradise. I hope we have an opportunity to rent this house again - but for 2 weeks next time.

Ein absoluter Traum

Ein wahres Traumhaus mit einem riesigen Garten. Die Zimmer sind perfekt aufgeteilt, so dass man sich immer zurück ziehen kann, wenn man mit mehreren Leuten dort Urlaub macht. Die Fotos geben die Dimensionen des Hauses und des Grundstücks nicht wieder. Es ist alles um einiges grösser und schöner als wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Wir kommen 100%ig wieder. Vielen Dank an Joanne und Justin!!!

Der Joanne, We all really were very happy with our holliday in your House. Adults as well as our children. Everything worked perfect. A very lovely garden with a pool that was used very often from the early morning. Also in the House everything were perfect with nice Rooms. We really likes that the rooms were placed seperatly and all had private bathrooms. Especially as we were three generations staying together in the house. Also the kitchen facilityes and equipment worked perfect. To sum up we have been very satisfied with the house and can give you our best recomandations. Best regards Carsten B. Jensen and the family.

Delightful property with stunning garden

We found this to be a really lovely and spacious property set in a very large plot with beautiful views of the hills to the North and providing a great base for days out to the coast, nearby towns like Valbonne and some beautiful hill-top villages like Gourdon. It has recently been renovated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could want if you choose to cook and it opens out on to a large sunny patio. The lounge has a lovely open fire and a good selection of DVDs and Playstation games. The garden is beautiful with many well-established trees providing a wide choice of shady spots to sit when you want to be out of the sun and a fantastic range of activities that kept young and old amused including a great sized pool (which gets sun most of the day), table tennis, tennis and pétanque. We'd thoroughly recommend it!

The property is stunning. The gardens are quite magnificent and the views from the terrace are to die for. The facilities are the best we have ever had. The interior is modern with an old French feel. The kitchen has every facility required, eg cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The bedrooms are modern, spacious and beautifully furnished. Each of our bedrooms had en suit facilities. There is a large swimming pool and tennis court which suited our family group of eight whose ages ranged from 14 to 70 .We will certainly return in the near future having found the many hillside villages and seaside towns within easy reach,
