Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, fresh linens, and ample storage.

Bathroom: Modern and clean with a shower, fluffy towels, and basic toiletries provided.

Living Area: Relax and unwind with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi for all your streaming and work needs, and a comfy seating area.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to whip up meals, including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and a kettle. Cookware, dishes, and utensils are all provided!

Heating: Stay warm and cozy, no matter the season, with efficient heating throughout the apartment.

In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment (this is a camera free device which you can find more about by searching online for Minut).
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.

We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

We booked 3 bedroom once we get there it’s 2 bedroom we are 6 adults, in 1 bedroom 2 couple sleep on the floor yes there’s floating bed when we got there the floating bed standing on the corner don’t even have sheets, there’s paint on top of the drawers, home away supposed to be away from home but feel like home. We contact the owner after we left asking for a little bit refund he said can’t do nothing about it .
