Our "Premium 1- Bedroom Studio 9 with Terrace" with its 76.45m2 and 29.39m2 terrace (with horizontal awning) has 3 solar orientations (south, east and west) and is probably the most exceptional apartment in the neighborhood Cais do Sodré.

You walk into the hallway under the original roof beams and enter the largest living area. To the right is the sofa and kitchinette while the left side is the bedding area. There are two beds here, one measuring 0.90m x 2.00m and the other measuring 1.40m x 2.00m for 3 persons. Here is the access to the master bedroom which offers a 1.60m x 2.00m double bed.

The Premium Studio 9 is therefore perfect for a couple, friends or a family.

Blue, wood and copper are the predominant tones of this beautiful Studio 9 which comes with a bathroom with shower.

The open spaced kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave and electric oven.

Behind the kitchen, to the west, you can enjoy the sunset on the terrace full of plants while having a barbecue.

We provide all sheets and towels.

Best place ever!

This place has it all. Amazing location- adjacent to touristic areas, but with a "real neighborhood" feel. And the hosts clearly take care of the apartment with loving care and attention to lots of details that make it a wonderful home away from home! (This is the first review I have taken the time to write!)

Great for a couple

Property was exactly as listed. Communication with the manager Susanna was excellent. The kitchen is compact but well equipped and very clean. The deck outside is an oasis in the city. FYI four flights of stairs to the suite.

Top location

This was my second time to this apartment. Again, I appreciated the overall experience, particularly the terrasse and also the location within the city. The apartment is well stocked and the owner very responsive. I will return again in the future.

Excellent Stay

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with a lovely patio. The kitchen is excellent for those who want to cook and the king size bed is very comfortable. The location is generally good with a metro station ~5-7 min walk away. The apartment is several flights of stairs up (thus the nice patio). The only issue we encountered was very loud nightlife on the one weekend night we stayed in the apartment, otherwise we highly recommend it.

They thought of Everything!

What a wonderful stay we had here at A Formigal LDA Bica! To start off, the manager Susanne was so helpful in helping us to get our bags which had been lost by the airline she basically took care of the situation for us. What a relief. Our Apartmentwas clean and huge with a bottle of Portuguese red waiting for us on arrival. It’s beautiful appointed with careful thought out to provide everything we could possibly need and then some. You opened up the kitchen cabinets and found every sort of utensil and accessories for your kitchen table including a coffee pot and an nespresso machine. There were several small kitchen appliances that I don’t even own in my own home which were carefully arranged in the cabinets. We had our to at our disposal and induction stove top and oven a microwave dishwasher and a washer. But since we had been able to score the Premier apartment, we were able to have the most beautiful rooftop patio complete with a large table and chairs and other swinging chairs, beautiful potted plants and a lovely view of the city. It was absolutely stunning. The location was Fantabulous! We did not have a car and didn’t even need to use public transportation or cabs- we walked to museums and the popular tourist destinations given the time of year. The apartment building is near a very famous indoor market which has some of the best food in Lisbon which is another incredible bonus. We could eat gourmet food just about anytime of the day just by walking a couple blocks. We WILL be back- thank you Susanne!

Incredible location, beautiful space, superb hosts

If you're going to Lisboa for any length of time, do yourself a favor, and stay here. Susanne and Mauro are people who listen and then act upon your needs with grace and timeliness. They, and their property, have my strongest and most enthusiastic recommendation. I always felt safe and always rested in comfort. Their apartments are cozy. So many places have only the "bare bones" and those are fine, but they lack a homey feel. That isn't true about this property. The kitchen has everything. There is plenty of room to stretch out. The porch in the flat I rented was spacious and had some great large plants (well kept) to make it feel comfortable. The space is spotless. The bed is comfortable. Susanne and Mauro were excellent throughout my stay. This will be the first place I look should I return to Lisboa.

Incredible apartment in a perfect location!

This apartment was as perfect as could be for our stop in Lisbon. Perfect size for a couple, plenty of room with a nice, private terrace. The property manager was amazing to deal with. The location was super convenient for anything you could want to do.

Heaven on earth

This apartment is PERFECT! The location can not be beat - you are steps away from train, metro, ferry, Time Out Market and all the beauty of the waterfront. The apartment is easy to get to from the airport - just take the AeroBus, find the kiosk right outside the airport, hop on, pay the driver 4€, get off stop #10/Cais do Sodre/last stop and you’re a short walk to heaven. Susanne and Mauro/Studios with Mezzanine are the perfect hosts to this amazing city. They are full of good ideas and suggestions and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Book this! NOW! You will not be sorry.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was a perfect place to stay in Lisbon and we didn't want to leave it. The apartment was outfitted with everything you could possibly need and more. Mauro provided us with lots of ideas, maps, and tips for exploring the city. They also supplied us with a few food and drink essentials in the refrigerator to get us started which shows the level of care and professionalism they take with their properties. If I could give this fun, spotlessly clean, amazingly appointed apartment more stars I would. It was absolutely perfect.

Best location, amenities and terrace

Mezannine 9 was an outstanding apartment for our vacation. The location cannot be beat the period across the street diagonally from time out market which has both a food Hall and a fruit and vegetable market as well as being a block from Cais do Sodre train station with easy access by boat and train to other locations including Cascais, a 40 min train ride to a charming town and beach. The apartment had more supplies and amenities than any other rental we have used. This includes full sets of pots pans kitchen appliances storage luggage rack luxury bath robes. The apartment has a giant balcony where you can lounge or have your meals. Air conditioning is great and only needed it 1 night. The rest of the time we had 3 or 4 of the doors open for the breeze. Restaurants literally at your doorstep. Comfortable furniture and mattress. You'll never want to leave.

Nice apartment with a great deck and king size bed. Perfect for our stay.

Studio 9 was a great apartment for my wife and I. Right next to Cais do Sodre train/metro/ferry station as well as Merkado Da Ribeira, it is very convenient to everything. Sussane and her husband were very helpful with information and getting us acclimated. The apartment itself has a great deck, a nice kitchen, and wonderful cross breezes. Finally, the king size bed was much appreciated after walking the city all day long.
