Villa Safia a lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa situated in Coral Bay with both sea and mountain views. Perfect for families or couples It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a lovely private garden with mature plants and palms with off road parking, the outside dining area is covered by a pergola with bougainvillea growing over to provide shade plus it is fully enclosed offering total safety from the pool for little ones.. There is a charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops,restaurants,bars, and supermarket are all within a 7 minute walk beaches less than 10 mins walk, and bus stop with a regular service into Paphos and the Water Park. Air-conditioning is included The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Beautifully spacious villa

We loved the location, close enough to the action but in a quiet road. The property was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool that had pool floats to enjoy. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of welcome food in the fridge to get us going after a long travel day. Would recommend!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa.

From booking to check in, was simple and easy. The Villa was in a quiet residential area, if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday, this is the villa for you. It was well equipped, has everything you need. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Great villa

The villa has everything you need, we hired a car but there’s a supermarket nearby that will also deliver your shopping. There’s some great pubs too. Coral bay is beautiful, it was our first visit but will definitely be back and would book this villa again if it’s available.

Lovely villa

We had a nice stay at this lovely bright and airy villa. The accomodation was just right and great to spend time by the pool relaxing. The location is good - within walking distance of two beaches as well as local restaurants and also the bus terminal. The detailed information pack was very useful too. Thanks for a lovely stay

We have just had a lovely, relaxing two weeks holiday at Villa Safia. The villa was spacious with everything you need for a home from home holiday. We cannot think of anything else we needed. The swimming pool was excellent and we made good use of it. There were different seating areas where you could stay in the shade or in the sunshine for sunbathing. Everything worked in the Villa, the wifi was excellent. We had no problem with the washing machine or any of the other appliances. There was a bonus of a welcome pack which came in very handy as we had a late arrival. Lisa arranged our airport transfers at a reasonable price and a excellent service. We also hire a car and got a discount for staying at Villa Safia,it was dropped off and picked up from the property, another good service. We would definitely recommend Villa Safia for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Another wonderful stay at Villa Safia

This was our 2nd visit to Villa Safia and again it was faultless. Everything is as described, a very pretty Villa in a quiet location although still close enough to walk to the beach and the main resort of Coral Bay. We really enjoy staying at Villa Safia and thank you for the complimentary food/drink in the fridge on our arrival and a huge thank you for the late check out.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

a beautiful two bed villa, so hard to find in Coral Bay, situated on a lovely quiet residential cul de sac. The villa is fully enclosed and lovely and private , the gardens are mature, offering a mix of fruit trees, palms and shrubs. Bougainvillea clad pergola for outside dining is a wonderful feature. This area is gated and railings so safe with young children. further dining area to the rear with mountain views.
