Low Cost Guest suite in beautiful Surrey just 50 minutes from Central London.

Our guest suite would suit someone who would like to visit London but retreat to a safe and tranquil setting for a good night's sleep and avoid paying overpriced London hotel rates. This could also suit people who would like a longer stay in the area; maybe an extended holiday or a work placement or a business trip or somewhere to stay in-between properties and would require more facilities offered by the average hotel. The excellent transport links between Caterham and London make this a very viable alternative for anyone visiting or working in the London area. Our guest suite overlooks the beautiful Queens Park on one side and our garden on the other. This guest suite is on the on the middle floor of a large Edwardian property in a private road opposite the beautiful Queens Park. The suite has a large double bedroom and a second room with a small double sofa bed. The ensuite bathroom is accessed via the main bedroom. The Edwardian property still retains many of the original Edwardian features. Once inside, our guests are totally private. Guests in this family suite can attach their own devices to a TV monitor which we provide for them but guests should bring their own connection cables if they wish to benefit from this. We try to provide guests with as many home from home comforts as possible within the space provided. The second room in this suite could be used as a second bedroom or breakfast room / living area. There is enough storage for 4 people for a short stay and two people for a longer stay. Larger groups could be accommodated in a second suite if required but storage in that suite would be limited. Extra bedding, towels, linen and more are provided in the suite itself. Off street parking is included free of charge whenever it is available.
This accommodation would suit people with a variety of different needs and schedules. We have hosted both short-stay and long-stay guests either visiting London and the surrounding area or visiting friends / family or working in the local area. We are very flexible and are happy to provide guests with occasional regular accommodation on a Monday to Friday rental if they are working in the area and would like to go back home at the weekend or vice versa. We have also accommodated several guests on a temporary basis who were looking to buy or rent more permanent accommodation in the Caterham area. We have also accommodated several people looking for short-stay solutions, some were in-between properties, others were working on their own homes and needed to find alternative accommodation till the work was completed. All our guests like the option of being able to prepare basic meals in the privacy of their own space rather than eat out every day, and they all say that they would rather be here than stay in an impersonal and over-priced hotel room. The advertised accommodation is perfect for one or two adults for a long stay and would be fine for three adults or two adults and two young children for short stays but for four or more adults or parents with older children we would recommend booking the overflow suite in addition to this one so as to render the experience more comfortable.
