This condo was perfect for our short ski weekend. It has easy ski in/ski out access, a great pool and hot tub, and was very clean and nicely equipped. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!
Great unit, truly ski in, ski out and the host is great to work. The kitchen and flooring were redone since are last visit and looks great. Our third time renting this unit and I am sure we'll be back.

Thank you so much! We are very grateful for our repeat customers.
Stephanie couldn’t have been more accommodating, including a very early check in. The location couldn’t be beat, step right onto the easiest end of Tempest. 4 Stars is only because the hot tub at the facility did not work. Property had the basics and the beds and couch were comfortable.
Are stay was awesome check in was a breeze and our host was so helpful through the process. I will definitely be staying here again. We loved the location
The place was noisy! It started with dogs barking, the host arriving one night at 11 p.m., stomping around to wake us up (the rental was below the host’s townhouse). Music which continued blasting (horrible techno) until 1:45 a.m. The only positive aspect was the location; it was amazing off-Tempest. However, if the host is there, you can expect to hear stomping, loud voices, and late-night music. The noise and poor bed led to us checking out 2 days early.
Great location for ski in/out off tempest trail. Cute 1 BR with all the necessary amenities. Access to hot tub/heated outdoor pool. Very responsive host. Would stay again!
Wow this property is perfect for a ski family. Easily accommodates a family of four and right on the mountain. Like steps away. Home is beautiful and updated. Owners quick to communicate and we look forward to staying with them again.
We enjoyed our stay. Our hostess, Stephanie responded quickly to any questions, concerns and recommendations. Beds are comfy and the condo is cozy. Thanks to the recent snow it was truly ski in/ out with access to the White Cap quad lift. This is a lower level condo with easy access steps to the lower level. We would definitely stay again
Loved our trip to Sunday River and this unit was located steps from the Tempest Run. We put on our skis at the door, skied right on to the mountain and then when we were ready skied right back in. Perfect for the two of us, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and can't wait to go back. Just a note, this isn't ski in, ski out if your not comfortable on advanced trails.
typical 1980's built condo on ski slopes with only cosmetic touch ups (paint). Was truly ski on sk out. Great water pressure, stove works.Pool was accessible by car (great pool and hot tub). Pool Closed on one of my nights because of staff shortage (dissapointing but not owner's fault). Bed is older and could feel springs when getting out of it.
Unique older basement sub-unit in the Locke/WhiteCap/Brookside area amongst the owner-occupied condos. Great bed in bedroom. Please note that bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, but that means kids sleeping on the couch need to walk through bedroom on way to bathroom at night. As some mentioned, the couch mattress could be improved (thin and full of springs) - kitchen was well stocked with oils, sugar, spices, utensils, etc.
This condo is a true ski in/ski out! Easy access to trails. There is also a convenient spot near the door to boot up and be on your way for a great day on the slopes.
Although advertised as "sleeps 5", due to small size and 1 en-suite bath, it is more appropriate for a couple or family with 1 or 2 young children. The two of us were comfortable in the space, but i cannot imagine 5 adults staying here. Comfortable bed and good shower, but we would have appreciated a few more towels for the bathroom as there was only one set per person for a 5 day stay.
Also, if you want to use the pool, remember to bring your own beach towels, we didn’t realize this and so did not end up using the pool, which looks very nice. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and loved the location.
We were looking for a place to work for a day and then get up early to hike the Grafton Loop, and this place was great. The unit was very well equipped - the internet was great, and we had everything we needed to make a couple of meals and work comfortably from the couch. When it was time to hike, we were only ten minutes or so from the trailhead. Stephanie was great - polite and responsive whenever we had questions. The location, partway up the mountain at Sunday River, meant we could walk over to the ski lift and catch some nice views. I imagine skiing over to it in the winter would be a neat experience.
