Lovely stay, the views are stunning with sun pouring through the front in the morning and beautiful sunsets over the salt marshes in the evening. The balcony and patios front and back allow you to enjoy the view. House is very pet friendly and Ben and Caroline are very responsive to any needs. Lovely Easter weekend.

Long weekend at the Hutch, Southwold

Just had a long weekend at the Hutch in March with my family. Absolutely no hesitation in giving this property a 5* review for everything.As soon as you step in the quality and cleanliness is obvious, and the views are just amazing. The host is extremely helpfull too.A really special place to visit!

Lovely spacious property ideal for 4 adults. Really clean, big garden to enjoy outside with BBQ. Really well equipped, home from home! Just a couple of mins across the dunes to the sea for a morning dip. Definitely recommend 👌

A beautiful house and position. It is well equipped and furnished and has two verandas. The weather was gorgeous too. Our only reservation is that the downstairs bedroom is small and though it has a double bed it is rather claustrophobic to sleep in.
