Family holiday

Apartment was exactly how I imagined, beautiful views and peaceful in the morning and at night. The pool during the day isn’t over crowded and well supervised to keep noise at a minimum. The food in the Italian restaurant beside the apartment is amazing and the staff very friendly. As below the apartment on the beach is a beautiful restaurant and cocktail bar. Ana from benalcostal was amazing can’t rate her highly enough! A fabulous holiday would come again x

The apartment is comfortable and in a great location. The view from the balcony is stunning—especially in the morning and at dusk. Convenient to restaurants, shops and grocery stores, the fabulous bus system of the Costa del Sol made it incredibly easy to get to Malaga, Torremolinos, or anywhere on the coast. Our only real complaint was that the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly—bottom sheet was not fitted and couldn’t tuck in on all sides of the bed. The host did try to replace the sheets but it was just more of the same. Every night/morning, we’d wake up in a tangle of sheets and blankets. Not fun.Lidia, our host, was accom

Dear Evin, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the apartment's location, the stunning balcony views, and the convenience of the local transport system. It’s great to know that you had a chance to explore the area easily! However, we truly regret that the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly and that it caused you discomfort during your stay. As you mentioned, we did provide additional sets of larger sheets to resolve the issue, but we understand that they still didn’t meet your expectations. We take this seriously and will review our bedding sizes to ensure they fit perfectly in the future, as we want all our guests to enjoy restful sleep without any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll continue to improve based on your feedback. Thank you again for your kind words about the location and our hospitality. We hope to welcome you back soon and offer you a flawless stay next time. Best regards, Lidia Benalcoast Properties

Our stay

We spent 06/12/22-06/02/23 Check-in was excellent cleaners were leaving as we arrived. The apartment was as described. Three restaurants minutes away plus supermarket & pharmacy. If wanting to be near the many bars, restaurants and entertainment this may not be be the place for you. But there are 2 bus stops within a 5minute walk which can take you there. We enjoyed having the a quite place to stay and the option of entertainment a mere bus ride away. Only a couple of negative points which are the oven only had one shelf and as I enjoy cooking I found that to be a problem. The other was the TV only had Spanish programmes. Which had we only been staying a week probably wouldn't have bothered us. On saying that the day we returned home we booked to stay again.:) Cant leave this review without thanking Ana from Benalcoast Properties for her help during our stay.
